Courtesy Van drivers very helpful and timely pick ups from restaurants! Clean rooms and hotel location only 1 minute from the heart of downtown. Front Desk accommodating and good breakfast in the mornings!

We stayed here because it was much less expensive than the Convention Center Hotels and the parking is free. The Hotel has a shuttle that leaves every hour that will take you any where with-in three miles, but we generally walked the 1.6 miles to the Convention center. Close to the hotel, down 29th ave/15th street, there are a number...

Great place! It had a comfy bed, kitchen w/ full fridge, dishwasher, stove, nice bathroom, walking distance to Pepsi center. Very clean and quiet. No issues! Okay breakfast, had cereal, box eggs? (Wierd texture), sausage and bacon, coffee, waffles, and bagels. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely disgusting. First room we checked into smelled like stale beer, vomit, & sperm with a hint of Fabreeze in an attempt to cover the stench up. The carpeting looked as bad as the room smelled. I brought my displeasure to the attention of the guy at the front desk, he did offer a change of rooms without hesitation and...

Dear Kip Z, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience at out property. It is concerning to hear the description of your room and the events upon your leaving it later that night. I can assure you that the experience you have described is not typical of our hotel and I have shared your...

The only downfall this property has, is that you will have to 'weather' the elements when going from your suite to the lobby/breakfast area. Other then that, these people know how to serve, please and cater to their guests. A personal made smoothie at breakfast, served by the hotel manager...more personalized is not possible. All staff is over the top...

Highly recommend this hotel. It's more of a condo style. Clean. Spacious. Helpful and friendly staff and great breakfast - lots of variety. Close to downtown - free shuttle to take you there and close to Golden Colorado - about 25 minute ride (see Buffalo Bill gravesite and Cabrini shrine). I was very impressed.

Staying alone for a big convention. I was so happy with the price, the location near the convention center (walkable, if you like walking and hills), large, quiet, safe room with kitchenette, study/work area, queen (K?) bed, 24-hour exercise facilities, pool, and shuttle service to and from everywhere I wanted to go. Extra compliments to the prompt and courteous shuttle...

This hotel is one of the older type Residence Inn that is buildings instead of 3-4 floors of rooms, but that did not keep it from being clean nor having an awesome staff who was friendly. It is refreshing when you are greeted with a smile and they act like they like what they are doing. This was a business...

This is a great place to stay and the rooms are roomy and well appointed. The hotel has penty of convenient parking and offers a nice breakfast. They also run a free shuttle to town which is helful, however, it is only a 30m walk through a nice area and park. We stayed here twice, once on the upper level...
