A nice hotel with a great staff. We had a few minor incidents but Emmanuel at the front desk made sure that changes were made and compensated us. Von as well helped us with another issue and rewarded us with a surprise dinner voucher. Excellent restaurant for breakfast (huge portion size) and very delicious dinners (Salmon, Mahi Mahi entrees were...

Although we regret any challenges you encountered, we’re glad our associates were able to take care of things and we will make sure to share your praise with them. We hope we’ll get to welcome you again...

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Denver South. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable with one side facing the mountains, and the other facing the highway and a shopping area. They have a very nice workout facility, with an indoor and outdoor pool. We ordered drinks at the bar in the lobby, and had coffee...

You captured some great pictures from our glass elevators! We’re elated to learn that you enjoyed taking advantage of some of our on-site amenities, such as our Elevate Lounge and fitness center. Recently with the opening of the light rail, updates have been made to the tracks that will soon decrease train noise in our area, so we’re sure your...

I have stayed at this hotel for several years. Yes- there are train tracks right by the hotel but until recently, the train traffic has not been bothersome. This visit and the one 2 months ago had constant blaring train whistles that kept me up half the night. I know there is nothing the hotel can do about the train...

As a repeat guest of ours over the years, it saddens us to see you go. Although we may not be able to do anything about the train traffic, with the opening of the light rail, gates have been installed on the tracks which shortly, will significantly reduce the amount of train noise in our area. Given this information, we...

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. The location is convenient and the facilities and service are excellent. There is the light rail nearby as mentioned in other reviews but I personally did not find this to be a disturbance...its just a thing that exists. I will continue to use this hotel as...

We are delighted to be your home away from home in the Mile High City! We’re thrilled that your recent stay was just as incredible as the last, and as a fellow hospitality industry professional, it really makes us happy to know that our service and and facilities impressed. It’s lovely to also learn that one of our dining associates...

The staff is pretty much wonderful, very very friendly, accommodating. There are problems, ones of carelessness. Our room did not have coffee cups. There was hair ont he bathroom floor. There were no plastic wrapped cups, critical for sanitary purposes....just glass glasses. There was a problem with the TV Cable, and I have experienced this before at this same hotel,...

As a repeat guest, we really appreciate you sharing your input on your experiences and what you feel we could improve on. It’s wonderful to hear that our Elevate Lounge always delivers when it comes to service and dining selections. The Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel is a fantastic hotel with an embarrassment of amenities that far exceed a standard hotel of comparable price but it has one problem. The quality of the staff at this hotel is so good it has to be mentioned as the very first point. Upon our arrival at the unfortunate hour of 1:30am, we were...

Thank you for such a detailed account of your stay. Getting away with your family over Mother’s Day weekend must have been special and we’re glad that our fitness center, Elevate Lounge with Starbucks beverages, friendly service, and comfortable bedding were highlights of your experience. The train goes by every 10 to 15 minutes (all day and all night too) and is incredibly loud with the long horn blasts. So if you're looking to sleep you better find another place to stay. They actually give you ear plugs when you check in, but they do not help. The hotel is generally nice but it's unacceptable...

Although we’re happy that our facility impressed, we’re disappointed to learn that the trains put a damper on your experience. With the opening of the light rail a few weeks ago, changes to the tracks have been made which will soon allow the train horns to decrease majorly. We would like to point out that the rates you mentioned are...

I throughly enjoyed my stay, the hotel itself is gorgeous the atrium is beautiful to look at from any level in the hotel. The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms were a little dated although they still felt very cozy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
