Don't stay here. The rooms are not like the web site pictures. When we made reservations we made them based on the Wildwood casino pictures. The hotel is not in the casino and is IPA the Hill above the Wildwood casino. The rooms are terrible. After checking in we went to town and checked out the rooms at the double...

The staff at the GKMI is incredibly friendly and informative. They answered every question and called restaurants to see if they were open and serving certain menu items. They are also dog friendly!!! We would have rated higher but there were a lot if smokers that had stayed at the same time or in rooms near our "non-smoking room" which...

My wife and I always stay here. The ownership has changed over the years as well as the name ,but it's run very well. I,m in there pool everyday its indoors and surprisingly big. It's busy and the folk who stay are friendly.Just good vibes. The shuttle to town is free and you call for a ride to and fro. If you...

When we booked this place NOTHING they published stated they were on EAST Galena Avenue -and your GPS will deliver you to a hole in town - so beware. However once you find the place it is fairly nice. Seems to be in transition from something else. And if you don't get the old grumpy woman who was at the...

We have stayed here as we are on our way to Denver for the past few summers. Rooms are always clean and the shuttle is convenient. Some of the rooms could use some freshening up but the views are fantastic and the employees are so friendly and accommodating. Will return.

This place was awesome! We got a discounted room by taking a picture of a restroom advertiser (so it was dirt cheep) Clean, well maintained, Great amenities, and the most comfortable pillows and bed I think I've ever slept on! Free hotel shuttle all over town. Wouldn't advise taking their free shuttle from Colorado Springs and back though as it...

Stayed here for a night. The front desk people were really friendly, both when making the reservation and in person. It's also the only pet friendly hotel in town we could find and was clean. It was also very quiet, especially for a ground floor room. However, it's seen it's better days. Bathroom fan was very noisy, as was the...

I called in asking to be transferred to a room that my friend was staying in and the lady at the counter was rude to me stating that she couldn't do that for privacy reasons...well I thought that would've been fine..except she said it in a rude manner as if I was supposed to know that..well I used to be...

I usually don't stay overnight in Cripple Creek since it is only about 75 minutes from my home, but a recent, unexpected snow storm changed my plans. The Wildwood Casino (which is my favorite in town) was kind enough to arrange for a complimentary room for me for the night. This hotel is what you find in many of the...

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Stayed here for one night. The motel is not clean and smells like a stale ashtray. When we got our card statement, the hotel charged us for smoking in a non-smoking room. If we were smokers we would have stayed in a smoking room, but since we are not, we chose non-smoking. Called management...
