Went out and with a large family we rented 3 condos in the International building. It was great having easy access between the condos. Location was good with nice views. However there were 2 major issues in the I303 unit. Upon arriving on Sat. evening, we walked in to find a large puddle of water on the kitchen floor in... More

We had a family reunion in Creste Butte Colorado. What a spectacular area. Plenty of things to do for all ages. I would highly recommend this area as it offers great scenery for hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, rafting and just walking around a neat little town. We rented three condos in the San Moritz International building. These condos are... More

Stayed at San Moritz Condominiums-International building over Presidents Weekend. We booked the 1st floor thinking it was easy access to get into the building. Please note that 104 does not mean first floor. You literally are on the bottom floor and have to climb the three flights every trip (in addition to the flight of stairs to the parking lot).... What a wonderful time, again. It's so fun to go in fall. The aspens glowing gold make the mountain sides light up and there is such a good view from the condo. We stayed on the first floor of the Jokerville building this time - a few more stairs than last time, but not a big deal. The office was... More

This property is definitely not ski in/out. We could ski through high snow and get to the lift, although our friends who only ski groomed runs had to take the shuttle to and from the base. We had to walk 5 mins. in snow, slightly uphill, to get back to the condo. Rooms are reasonably priced and our condo had... More

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the ski-in/ski-out access. Based on your description, it sounds like you stayed in one of our upper buildings, Paradise or International. Due to the location of these buildings, the ski resort does not always groom the snow to these buildings. It depends on how busy the ski resort is, and unfortunately,... More

The view from the patio is beautiful - a mountain side of colorful aspens or those fabulous, rosy sunsets. We so enjoyed morning coffee at the patio table and chairs, and then winding down in the evening as the sun went down. The condos are located on Crested Butte mountain and you can also see the town of Crested Butte... More

So happy to hear you all enjoyed your stay at the San Mortiz. Glad you were able to make it here during the fall when all of the Aspens are changing, definitely one of my favorite seasons in the valley! The snow has already begun to fall, so make sure to come and visit us this winter. We hear it's... More

We hiked over from Aspen to Crested Butte during the Arts Festival for our friends Bachelorette party. Looking through countless condos for a reservation, the San Moritz condos were by far the most affordable. Everyone was so impressed with how nice and comfortable the condo was when we arrived after our hike, it was perfect for us! It's conveniently located... More

We've been returning yearly around this time for the CB Arts Festival for 5 yrs or so and have stayed at San Moritz each time. The hummingbirds are fantastic at this time, too. We have been so pleased, we request the same condos. Each stay each condo has something new - new furniture, new appliances, or a thoughtful addition. The... More

We recently had the opportunity to stay at the San Moritz condos in Crested Butte in western Colorado during the Wildflower Festival. Crested Butte is a tiny mountain town (alt. 9000) with spectacular views and wildflowers. The condo is on a mountain above the town, is attractively appointed, very clean and pleasant, and the rates are reasonable. Condos are dog-friendly,... More

Best Dog Vacation Ever!!!! The San Moritz has dog friendly rooms; even have 'dog sheets' to put on the bed or sofa if your furry friend is used to being comfy. Easy access to 'potty places' outside. We were there during Wildflower Festival; so all the hikes we did were spectacular with flowers everwhere. Town of Crested Butte is very... More
