Comfortable rooms equips with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee marker. It takes a while for the hot water to begin to flow and the decor and linens are showing their age. There's no view, but you are an easy walk into the historic town.

We stayed one night at the Lodge to view a couple of plays on the last days of the theatre season. Check-in was efficient, the rooms large and clean with 2 queen beds in each. There was a microwave and refrigerator, comfortable easy chairs. The bathroom had a molded one-piece tub and shower which makes for a clean area. The...

We needed a place to stay while in Creede for the Theatre and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our room was spotless and the lodge is very close to town so it's convenient as well. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus and we enjoyed a homemade egg casserole, steel cut oatmeal and really really delicious sticky buns! It...

As other reviewers have mentioned, you may not give this place a second glance but it has turned out to be a wonderful stay. The king sized bed was comfortable, the room quite clean and the home-cooked breakfast was amazing! If your travels take you through this area, I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our second stay at the Snowshoe Lodge. The location is great. The home-cooked breakfast is yummy. Service is great. Rooms are clean. Plenty of parking for trailers. You can rent an ATV from the Owner and he will shuttle you to the beginning and end of the Bachelor Loop. We will be back again !

Snowshoe Lodge was a surprise after looking at their website. The place is charming, the people friendly and helpful. It is in a beautiful location with large rooms and it is very clean. Nice breakfast options to get the day started. The only down fall was the view of the mobile homes from the back of the rooms in the...

If you're looking for a Holiday Inn-type motel, this place is not for you! It's just a basic, rather old motel, which is typical in this part of the mountains. It seemed to be the only game in the area, unless you got a cabin. It has two single-story buildings on either side of the main street in town. Furniture...

This is a family run small motel with rinky dink rooms. On the plus side: The rooms are clean, kind of cute, and well maintained. They come with a TV, mini-fridge, microwave. Breakfast is home-cooked but get there early, or you will miss out on the hot cooked part of the meal. On the negative side: The walls are paper...
