This hotel is in a bad need of a remodel however the bed was comfortable and linens clean. The locks need to be replaced as I had a hard time getting the cards to work. The breakfast was as expected for Comfort Suites. I would say the only bad thing was the welcome when checking in. At first I thought...

The whole experience at this hotel was awesome! The front desk people were so helpful and polite. The indoor pool with the waterslide was so much fun, the kids and I had a great time! The room we had was so spacious and just perfect for my daughter's birthday slumber party. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was falling apart, and had what looked like blood stains on the ceiling. Advertised as a "100% non-smoking establishment" but I could smell cigarette smoke in the corridor and the tiny elevator. No remote control in the room for the TV but hotel tried to charge me $25 the next...

Stayed here a few years ago and loved it due to the quiet nature, pool had a slide for the kids and had a great breakfast and staff. Just finished staying over this Christmas holiday 2016 with a noticeable difference. Price was more than last time but still in the mid tier range which was great. Hotel staff didn't seem...

Definitely didn't live up to the reviews. Bed was on the hard side. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The price was reasonable but I wouldn't stay here again. They are doing renovations so maybe improvements will be made. Let's hope so.

Left a similar review when I couldn't find my pw~ ~Solo mom visiting her son during the Thanxgvg holiday (Wed-Fri) in Rm 211. ~ You can imagine;throngs of people- lots of families. It was sold-out. Beds were comfy, room was large and clean. Housekeeping could do more to eliminate the trash in the halls. BUT again it was SOLD-OUT. I...

We live in Colorado Springs but stayed in this hotel for New Year's Eve with some other family members. Upon arriving, I was not greeted but had to wait over four minutes to be acknowledged because the desk personnel was eating and talking to a coworker. Although the pool has a slide, the pool is outdated, dirty, small, and very...

Location of this hotel is very good. Staff were polite but not friendly. Got a room next to the elevator. King suite had TV to watch from bed but it could not be seen from the couch. Room was clean but not for those sensitive to scents. Strong perfume scent. Curtains hung over the ac grill so it was hard...

This hotel is close to the garden of the gods which is one of the main attractions in Colorado Springs. The staff was professional and treated us well. The hotel room was spacious and clean. We had a good stay overall.

Price was good for area but that is about it. Hotel is in desperate need of renovation....paint, replace peeling wallpaper, carpet, etc. Would only recommend it for the price, not any of the "amenities"......... Location was good too.
