I heard that this resort is about to be sold, and it does not surprise me. Why hold on to a tired property that can't replace a broken lightbulb? Though most rooms were empty, guests were scattered about making it inefficient for staff to clean, and for a creepy isolation. As a solo traveler, I was not comfortable here at...

Great evening, met friends for holiday gathering. They had Laura Pounds playing guitar and signing Christmas songs. We had burgers and then smoorzs out side on the deck with a big gas fireplace. City lights and a great feeling of warmth, holiday lights and a wonderful to unwind for the night! Our grandson loved the food as well as our...

We have been going to the Resort for almost 15 years for the Christmas buffet and this year was so disappointing we won't be back. We were in the overflow area with absolutely no ambience at all! Bright fluorescent lighting on long cafeteria tables of which not all were set, ready for customers. It was like walking through 1st class...

We loved everything about this resort. Family friendly but not overrun by kids. Good food and the restaurant/bar was open late with a pretty large menu and football games on. Heated pool was nice in the cold winter weather and fun for kids. We did the Christmas brunch and it was amazing! So much variety, excellent service, great holiday atmosphere....

We gathered our family that lives across the Front Range for Christmas. It was reasonably priced, had fantastic amenities, and was close to so many things to do! We had workout facilities, gathering areas for our group of 16, and a beautiful landscape for family pictures. The staff even got out one of the shuttles to get us around the...

Our drinks were super tasty...however getting them was beyond pathetic. After asking for a glass of water two times, I finally went to the bar and asked for one. A friend that showed up late never did get waited on....and the restaurant was dead! To top it off, she added a huge gratuity to our tickets - definitely money she...

5 years ago this was the best breakfast and dinner buffet in town. After a 5-year absence, we ate here on Christmas Day with my husband's family. The food was average at best. Equally as disappointing was management's decision to create an overflow section in the ballroom space adjoining the main restaurant. The ambiance was equal to that of dressed...

OK. Not great. At check in, I was given the wrong building / room info, so I got to walk around a lot in the freezing cold. No offer for compensation for this. Room was OK, then weeks later, I received a bill for the FEDEX package that I received. Seriously? Charging me for a package that they took 20...

This resort is in need of a serious update. The rooms are, for a lack of a better word, gross! The bathrooms are worse. We tried to have lunch at Elevations but the food was of such poor quality we left with out eating. We called The Broadmoor and fortunately they had 2 available rooms. We immediately left Cheyenne Mountain...

“We had an "executive King" - which we got simply because we asked to physically locate all rooms together and they had no more standard kings, apparently. This was a slightly larger room and made for a good place to meet family: couch and table in a wider room.”
