Superior accommodations! This was our first stay at OTGH. The Christmas decorations were above and beyond and extremely festive. We assumed ahead of time that there would be great Christmas decorations in the public portions of the B&B, however the room decorations were a very pleasant surprise - very well done. Great B&B - Great hosts - Great staff

We appreciate your lovely note, and we want to give praise where praise is due. You (and we) have to thank our Executive Housekeeper, Sierra Sanborn, for her awesome energy, creativity and attention to detail for all of our decorating touches. It's not just Christmas, but for every holiday and season she's been creating photo-worthy touches inside and out. We're...

One of the nicest B&B's we've ever stayed at. Public and private rooms were immaculate and charming and had all the amneties of a home. Had a very nice library, sitting room. The breakfast was wonderful. The innkeepers were very gracious and thoughtful. Nice touches throughout. It's a short walk to shops and dining and close to attractions in the...

So glad you enjoyed your stay. It's quieting down for the season, but the views of snow on Pikes Peak and the fun neighborhood holiday activities make it worth a visit...send your friends for a great weekend the Guesthouse! D.

After finding the Old Town GuestHouse on TripAdvisor and reading great reviews, we were not disappointed at all! We discovered the historic charm of Colorado Avenue's great dining, boutiques, galleries, coffee shops and park right out the front door. We loved the comfortable and quiet building, the delicious home cooked breakfast that met our dietary requirements, the super comfy water...

Thanks, Emily! Our season is slowing down. We hope your inspirational words will bring some new B&B converts to enjoy our amazing neighborhood complemented by our inn's privacy and many cozy corners. Your own private outdoor hot tub anyone? Or in-room sauna? ;-)* D.

Old Town Guesthouse is a half block from historic Colorado Avenue lined with shops, art galleries and restaurants and we felt safe walking to dinner after dark. We enjoyed the Paintbrush room with private balcony, view of Pike's Peak, comfortable waterbed, private toilet room and double vanity sinks. We have stayed at many B & B's over many years and...

Glad we made your first B&B experience so special. Some people don't know what to expect at a B&B and pass up the opportunity for a truly personalized getaway. We're really just a tiny hotel that offers breakfast as part of your stay. Pass the word! Hope to see you again, soon! D.

So very glad you enjoyed your stay!
