Kim and Dave are wonderful Hosts! This B and B is in a great location in Old Colorado City, lots of shops, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The OldTown Guesthouse is decorated nicely, VERY clean and staff was pleasant at all times. Brandon showed us the room and amenities available to us on our arrival. We stayed...

D'oh!!! The ornery snacks! We're always trying to find that right little "sweet & salty" that can be fresh and available to everyone 24/7, considering so many guests graze a bit on arrival or get in late from the local restaurants. Fresh popcorn gets stale, the mixed nuts get picked, pretzels get broken. And, often, all the bowls disappear overnight...

Husband and I went here for three nights and loved it! The staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and we loved having our own hot tub! Perfect location too! Hiking, shopping, restaurants all near by! And come on, it's in Colorado Springs! Who doesn't LOVE Colorado Springs!

"Who doesn't love Colorado Springs," indeed! Thank you for staying with us! D&K

My boyfriend and I made a reservation here for our cross-country move. After being in the car for something like 11 hours, we arrived completely haggard and exhausted. The Old Town has parking spots reserved in a lot adjacent to the building, and parking is included in the room price. Dave greeted us rather comically, calling down to us from the...

Thank you for your AWESOME comments! You'd make a great PR director! As you noted, we're NOT your average little hotel or B&B, and you pretty much nailed everything we want potential guests to know. Plus, (sound the trumpets) the ice machines (plural!) are now both working. Best regards to you both! Visit again when you have the time to...

Loved thus quaint B&B in the heart of Colorado Springs and soooo close to pikes peak. Our hostess was so nice wish we booked more in advance we would have stayed longer. Great hot tub personal balcony and view of stars and rocky mtns! Who could ask for more

Appreciate your kind note. A you noticed, the Guesthouse isn't a cookie cutter hotel...in fact, we embrace the slightly eccentric as long as it adds to our overall "cozy and comfortable" appeal. And we couldn't agree more...Old Colorado City is the ideal, most convenient neighborhood for us to call home. Pass the word, and please come visit again. D&K.

Old Town GuestHouse is a wonderful place. The overall appearance is beautiful. Our room (Colorado Columbine) was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the balcony. We enjoyed the social time in the late afternoon with wine and snacks and talking to the other guests. The location is within short walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there...

The neighborhood is so much fun! Many autumn and winter events in store. Check out the calendar of events on the Old Colorado City website. Our fireplaces are ready for the season! D.

Our room was a comfortable, clean, and noticeably quiet place with a delightful host and hostess. Breakfast was exceptional. Each room was accented with unusual and specific items, based on the "name" of the room. Ours was Moroccan Jasmine, and there were several interesting Moroccan objects throughout the room.

Kudos to the inn's builders, who insisted on soundproofing not just the exterior but all interior walls as well. This may be one of the quietest hotels anywhere, despite being surrounded by all the activity of Old Colorado City. Glad you enjoyed your stay!

This was our first time at a bed and breakfast. This place is awesome. Very quiet. Walking distance to place in Old Colorado City. Inn Keepers are excellent hosts. Would recommend to to anyone wanting to get away. We will be back.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. There are no additional fees for any amenities here...no resort fees, no wifi fees, no cable or DVD rental, no parking fees, no sundry fees, no cost for afternoon social hour, no charge for breakfast, no mandatory gratuities. B&B's are a very cost-effective place to stay!

We booked this Inn because of a previous great experience, quiet location, and closeness to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and many restaurants within walking distance. The new owners did not disappoint and in fact exceeded our expectations. The three course breakfast is not to be missed so be sure to sign up for it! The evening social from...

Thank you. We take pride in providing "the extras" that set us apart when guests are choosing a place to stay. It's not a PR bite: we really DO want each guest's stay to be the best hotel experience they've ever had. Sounds like we're getting there. Thank you so much for your pleasant review. Hope too see you again!...

Thank you! It would be silly to ask for a more spot-on (in our opinion) review. That is exactly THE memory we want our guests to take with them. We're not a restaurant...there are many great ones right outside the door...but our breakfast fare is right up there! The rooms are homey-cozy, the hot tubs are...well...hot? and the overall experience...
