Our room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Awesome king bed with many pillows. I recommend staying upstairs as I like to keep sliding doors open at night. The indoor pool is fantastic. The breakfast has a huge variety, lacking nothing. The dining area is very roomy but I wanted to bring the food to my room. So the nice...

I am always surprised when major hotel chains don't maintain their properties, but that seems to be the case with more and more of them these days. This hotel was in a great location in downtown Colorado Springs, but it was showing signs of wear and tear. The staff were very friendly and the price was good.

Great location for downtown Colorado Springs stay. Easy to get to. Rooms were comfortable and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offering good. We stayed the same weekend as a high school band was there and the staff worked extremely hard to keep the breakfast buffet stocked and cleaned. We will stay again as we have family in area.

Our experience at this hotel was very average, even below average. We would say this is a 3-star hotel. The lobby, hallways, rooms, etc., are in bad need of upgrade/replacement. We were surprised. The hotel staff, though, were very nice, friendly, and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here and were very wrongly charged $150 for supposedly smoking in a nonsmoking room. My husband did not in any form smoke in their room. The manager said he shouldn't have even been allowed to check in smelling like smoke. I have written the manager but have not received a response. I will NEVER stay...

I stayed here 5 years and they were doing renovations. I stayed again recently and it still says doing renovations although i didn't see much had been renovated. They need more signs up in the hallways to get around better since it is so big of a motel. The bed is hard as rock, the closet door fell and almost...

An okay place to sleep for one night passing through, if not overly fussy. Clean sheets and a good TV, but otherwise a stale, dim place in need of renovation. I question "excellent" reviews. This can work for a quick overnight if you are avoiding the two-star $60 disasters and don't want to pay over $100. Fair breakfast selection with...

Great location near I-25 and downtown. Room was clean and better than expected. The price was excellent for the amenities provided and the quality of the room. Breakfast selection was good. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was clean and priced fairly. The breakfast was good. The only issues were that the wi-fi was weak and the parking was a bit goofy because it wraps around the building and parking near the front is a little difficult.
