This hotel may be older but the service was immaculate. If you get there request a mountain view! The view is unbelievable and keeps ya staring out the window. Only negative is the bathrooms are a little small. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating.

Boy how Marriott full service hotels have gone down hill....way down.. we will be checking out after our first day to go elsewhere. First the room. If I were only rating the front desk staff hands down it would be 5 stars. They were friendly, accommodating, and what you want in your first impression. Same with room service. I got a cold on the trip and they were so nice! In the bar area I would say 1 star...... the first night we sat and waited...

During our stay..from the moment we checked in, the staff did an exceptional job. The hotel was quite busy with weddings and football recruiting, and the staff remembered my name when I had gone back up to ask about late check out. This is a short review of the Marriott. My husband had reservation for 2 nights. After he checked out he found out his flight was cancelled and he had to extend an extra day. The rooms are dated and small. The hair dryer didn't work. There was no magnifying mirror in bathroom. We had dinner at their restaurant The Ascent. The food was not very good. The lobby is well done and the check in staff at the front desk could not have been nicer or friendlier. But I would probably stay somewhere else...

The hotel was beautiful and the service was exceptional. All the staff from the front desk, bar to restaurant were super friendly, polite and professional. The food was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean with beautiful views. They definitely have good management.

Great place for a conference. Facilities are more than adequate. Rooms are good sized and well cared for.
