Located in Old Colorado Springs area, Spurs and Lace was a great stay. So quaint and everything was lovely. The innkeeper Jessica was so nice and breakfasts were awesome. Especially liked the daily Red Skelton story, kept me laughing throughout the morning! The location is excellent, close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, shopping, eating! Perfect! Looking...

Stayed at Spurs and Lace for four days last week. This is a fabulous historical house with many original features. Lovely comfy beds in large bedroom with plenty of seating and space to relax. Bathrooms are very well appointed with large tubs and efficient showers. Jessica the assistant Innkeeper is charming. I am coeliac which can be difficult to accommodate...

What a fun place to stay! The rooms are chock full of charm and the common areas are cozy and quaint. The old wind-up record player from the 1920's is an absolute gem! Jessica is a warm-hearted hostess with a good feeling for the local area.

We'd never stayed at a B & B before so we weren't sure what to expect. What a lovely home, and Jessica, the innkeeper, made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable; the breakfasts we were served were homemade and absolutely delicious. Not having a television was really great; we could go exploring instead. The Inn...

Stayed one night while touring Colorado, and while we were made very welcome, I had reservations on a couple of points. 1. The establishment tries to capture the history of the place and as such it doesn't have TV or Wi-Fi in the room. I knew what I was booking, so I shouldn't complain but it's hard to live without...

Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the shops in Old Town were closing when we arrived so we spent more time in our room than we had planned so a TV would have been nice, but it wasn't a problem. Leo and Joyce were super nice and they made the delicious, homemade breakfast a special treat, it was like sitting around with...

Very nice place, inexpensive. Good breakfast, nice people and the variety of guests and stories shared interesting. Stayed five nights. Recommended by someone living in the area. Close to stores and restaurants. Very quiet hardly any street noise

I loved this place from the moment Joyce opened the door; she and Leo are amazing, kind and helpful hosts. The location is perfect...walking distance to old Colorado city. You are also very close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Free parking. The house is gorgeous...nice historical detail but with modern upgrades. No tv but you wont miss...

We had high hopes, but this B&B didn't measure up. The positives first: the owners are very nice and very friendly. The bed was firm and comfortable, fine for us (though others may not find a double bed big enough - most B&B's offer queens). Upgraded electrical circuits mean there are lots of plugs for phones and other devices. The neighborhood...
