Stayed here with 3 other couples (in their own rooms) while traveling around CO. Close to restaurants, overlook pass and the Royale Gorge Railroad in Canon City. It's an old place, no fuss, but I'd choose this place over almost any other motel anywhere. Why? Room, linens, towels are clean, beds are comfortable, parking right outside my room super convenient....

This is a budget property; basic, old, but clean. The neighborhood, like the motel, is a bit wore but the location is convenient. The owner was friendly and that have owned the property for decades. Our room was freshly painted.

Clean and tidy, would stay there again. Roomy parking we had a pickup & trailer no problem and staff were friendly. Older hotel with a great outdoor area! Beautiful town and hotel was in a great location and reasonable price.

My husband and I decided to stay at the Travel Inn based on Trip Advisor reviews We were in town to visit Royal Gorge Bridge, and wanted an economical motel. The lobby had some packaged pastries and coffee available in the morning. For those staying more than a night, the room had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot, which...

My husband and I stayed two nights here. Though the outside looks like an old motor inn, which it is, the rooms have been completely remodeled. It is sparkling clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff is wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here for one night before going on the Royal Gorge Route Railroad. It was a good choice. I was happy with the accommodations and the service for the price. The room was clean and the service was very nice. My only complaint would be that the football game didn't come in very clear on the...

Ample parking, clean room, friendly staff, excellent value. We liked the retro look of this motel. The location was close to all attractions. The only downside was the proximity of the railroad tracks, but the train traffic was minimal.

We visited for 2 nights in September and stayed in the suite with 3 queen beds. The inn is nothing fancy but it was very affordable, quiet and close to the train depot. The beds are decent and the sheets soft. It's an old place with no breakfast or bells and whistles, just a place to crash. Oh and lots...

I recently had to be in Canon City for a family emergency and stayed 5 nights at this motel. I manage a former 1930's motel in Palm Springs, CA that has been renovated into a small boutique hotel... So my expectations for cleanliness and customer service are pretty high. The furnishings were older but the accommodations were spotless and the...

Brass tacks. The location is really good. Easy access and convenient to the attractions nearby. As mentioned it's a budget motel. It's dated but clean. The bathroom was very clean as was the room overall. However, I had stayed there previously and my mattress was average and this time it really lacked comfort. I also had an idiot next to...
