We stayed at Rio Celeste Hideaway one weekend and we are pretty sure that we will go again for staying more days. It´s such a beautiful and peaceful place, the service is excellent and the staff is very attentive. The restaurant is very good, kind of expensive but it worth it. If you have the time go and walk through...

Excellent, secure facility with friendly, helpful staff, and great attention to detail. We booked two casitas for our party for four, and each room was quiet, spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable king-sized bed. Lovely lobby area with games room and lounge as well as an onsite restaurant which was very good. Wi-Fi was a bit slow. The road up to...

We had just spent a week in Mal Pias and hated having to leave. We enjoy seeing the country side so the trip to the airport took us to several places and this was a well planned one night stop. The grounds and surroundings are magnificent. We enjoyed our short and brief hike to the river before getting back on...

We decided to explore the "Tenorio Volcano National Park" located next to this beautiful boutique hotel. The drive was scenic, a bit long but so worth it. By the end of our road trip through this unpopulated region, it seemed impossible to find a hotel of the caliber of this one. The staff was truly welcoming, we were welcomed with...

I loved my stay at the Rio Celeste Hideaway. I took my wife and kids and stayed there for three nights. What amazed us the most is the experience of being inside a rain forest. It's amazing how the clouds can come in and out off the area and how hard it can rain and then be sunny a few...

This hotel was the 2nd stop of our 2 week vacation. This is our 2nd time visiting Rio Celeste Hideaway, and won't be the last, hotel grounds are beautiful, rained each day we were there, can't complain, you're in the middle of the rain forest, that's what makes everything green and beautiful. We didn't go to see the waterfall this...

Hidden gem in appropriately remote location gives the feel of an oasis in the Rain Forest. Rooms spacious and lovely, outdoor shower was beautiful (don't worry theres one inside too), architectural design and interiors have calm contemporary Indonesian vibe, food was above average, service high quality. Have already recommended to friends and will return myself. Close to several National Parks...

We visited The Rio Celeste Hideaway a couple of months ago. After a long drive, it was a blessing to see such a beautiful hotel. The room was great and clean. The path to the river was great since you can walk 5 minutes and be at the river in no time. The food we had at the restaurant was...

Credit must go where credit is due, and Juan Pablo the bellman is probably the most valuable asset this hotel boasts. He is truly an ambassador of goodwill and happiness, fulfilling the reputation of Ticos as friendly and making each and every person feel welcome and cherished. If I owned a hotel I would hire him away in a heartbeat!...

This place is amazing for the adventurous type like ourselves. We went for our honeymoon in August. The drive to get there was stressful as the roads went from paved to gravel roads with washed out mini canyons from the frequent rains. This hotel was off the beaten path, but beautiful, natural, and eco-friendly. Right on the Rio Celeste river...
