My wife and I enjoyed this place. Yes it's near a highway. Yes the cabins are 70 years old and not everything works. Theirs tons of notes posted everywhere which always drives me crazy, just give a handout or post them In one location. If your just looking for a cozy cabin go for it.

What a great get away. Never been to Buena vista before but we definitely love it now. What a cozy cabin and such a home feel with the nice fireplace/heater they had and they were very welcoming of our mastiff. We did a few things while in town. Locally we walked around and went to a restaurant called casa del...

Me and my family stayed at the pinion court cabins not a good place to stay this place is 70 years old the place smelled very bad so bad they leave you some candles and a can of air freshener there was no heat in the cabins due to the owners said they just haven't got around to hooking up...

We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. However, if I had a problem that especially concerned one of my children, I would have made a phone call or came up to the front desk, neither of which you did. Our cabins are in very good shape for thier age and as far as the heaters, sir, they...

Almost passed on this place and stayed in Salida, so glad I decided to chance it and stay here! The owner is very nice and accommodating. The quaint downtown is within walking distance, check out the distillery and the Lariat while there. Cottonwood Lake and Cottonwood Pass, both a must see are a short drive away. If you like mountain...

If you are looking for a modern "chain motel" type accomodation with spacious bathroom, plenty counter space, etc., this place is likely not for you. But if you'd enjoy a cozy comfortable cabin complete with kitchenette with full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. plus clean comfortable beds, give Pinon Court a try. Each cabin has a covered front porch...

This was the cutest, quaintest little spot! The cabin was extremely clean, had a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Owner was very friendly. Cabins are a very close walk to the main shops and restaurants (about 2 blocks).

Miss you Phillip and Jackie. Stayed here first time since you guys left. Sure did miss the wonderful experience you two made staying in Beuna Vista. Stopped to check on a room and there was no one to be found. Finally got in touch later and booked a room. Just not what is was when Phillip and Jackie owned it,...

Rarely would I select a funky old place like this, but my wife made this reservation. Driving up we were a little apprehensive because it was obviously pretty old, although it looks clean from the street. Mom and Pop seem to be a fairly young couple. They were really nice checking us in. The cabins are very well maintained for...

We spent two evenings - what a hoot!. The cabin was clean and retro. We couldn't have had a better time. Just a stones throw away from downtown. Not for everyone but it is a must stay for the discerning traveler.

We loved this little cabin. The full kitchen, good sized bathroom (shower not ideal for big people) and comfortable beds. The place was very clean and comfortable and the managers were very nice. Only issues were the musty smell (but expected since they are old/classics) and the tv reception went out often. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone...
