The Lodge is a charming retreat after a long day of winter sports and shopping/dining in town. You'll want to hurry back to your in-room fireplace, incredible mountain views, and delicious dining in the main building. Our friends borrowed snowshoes from the front desk and we found a great trail a short drive away. The bed was comfortable, the room...

We live up the road from this fantastic property and frequent their happy hour at the Traverse restaurant. Spectacular views of the sunset, incredibly tasty food, and charming bartenders, such as Fionn, make our experience relaxing, fun and worthwhile.

Whenever you get the chance, definitely book a stay here. My kids and I love when we get the opportunity to stay. It has beautiful views, both inside and out, especially at Christmas time! They also accept pets!

We only stayed for one night but all of the staff was wonderful. The check-in process went smoothly and the shuttle service into town was very easy even when coming back to The Lodge. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The only downside was that the food in the restaurant was so-so. There wasn't anything wrong with it,...

Thank you for sharing your experience! While I am disappointed to hear that your restaurant experience was not to your expectations, I am pleased that you enjoyed all other aspects of your stay. We are currently reviewing the menu that we have in place and are considering some changes to it for the future. We hope that you give us...

Although you might be tempted to stay in town, I would encourage you to give this resort a try. Not only is it gorgeous inside and out, but the accommodations are exactly what you would expect from a ski lodge. The staff was courteous, and with a free shuttle down the mountain into town, you can easily access the restaurants,...

This lodge is the perfect rustic place to stay. From cozy fireplaces, to outdoor hot tubs it's perfect. Our room had a HUGE balcony and an amazing shower. The breakfast was much better than your standard hotel buffet breakfast. And the view from the terrace is just breathtaking! Another major bonus is the free parking and onsite shuttle that will...

We come to Breckenridge every December and love this place. Beautiful views of the mountains and ski runs and close to town. Cozy fireplace in the lobby and pet friendly! Wish the morning breakfast was open just a bit longer. Tip: get a room with a fireplace to enhance your experience at this mountain retreat!

What a gem. We stayed in room 216 last night and the views and room were spectacular. Kitchen with full frig but no stove which we didn't mind because the food in the downstairs restaurant is top notch. You don't need to go into town to get a great meal. It's one of those places where it feels very homey,...

Pros: beautiful views, polite staff and good breakfast. Cons: Paper thin walls! We were woken up by the guests staying above us the first night. We called the front desk and were told they would talk to them. The noise went on for about another hour. A different couple checked in the next night, we were hoping the noise situation...
