This was our first ski trip to Colorado. We took some advice from a friend and booked at Beaver Run. You CANNOT beat its location, location, location! Its ski in/ski out was perfect for our family of four. They have lockers that you can ski right up to the locker room door to put your skis away for the evening....

This was our first stay in Breckenridge and I was a little concerned with some of the rooms being condominiums. Things turned out pretty well - only a few minor complaints with our room. 1. The room temperature was warm. Even with the heat turned off, we had to crack a window for extended periods to cool it down enough...

We had a great holiday, Breckenridge is a fantastic resort with awesome slopes, scenery and a fantastic town to match. The town offers plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee houses and excellent shopping also. Wait for it, but the Beever Run Hotel is shabby! This hotel has been lost in time, it's old and tired and in dire need of a...

This place is tough to beat! The check-in process is outdated and slow but the staff is first class. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with a great sense of caring. The rooms are clean and well stocked.

Beaver Run was my very first stay in Breckenridge... and what a perfect way to be introduced to the mountains! From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. The friendly front desk staff made checking in a breeze and provided us detailed information on the resort amenities as well as activities going on that weekend. The rooms were spacious,...

I came with some friends for New Years Eve/ Day and stayed in the Beaver Run Resort. Our room overlooked the base of Peak 9 and was so close to the lifts!! Loved the location; we could walk everywhere! Room was spacey and clean. Even allowed our puppy to come along too!! Great spot, would definitely come back again!!

My girlfriend, another couple and I spent 3 days 2 nights at Beaver Run for New Years. The Resort was great because it is at the base of the mountain. The people in Breckenridge and the staff at Beaver Run seemed to always be in a good mood, which made the weekend even better. The quality of the rooms were...

You could not get a better location for amazing skiing, put your ski's on ski 100 yards and your on the lift (we were in building 4) hotel has everything you need but a little tired and dated rooms. Good food, great shuttle service to town where there are numerous shops restaurants.

Checking in and out was the easiest thing to do at this resort. The layout of the center was very confusing when trying to get your building from the parking garage. Not enough parking. Bags of trash in the hallway left by housekeeping late in the afternoon of our first day. Trash was gone by the time we got back...

I paid $454 for a very small room. One day 2, we went skiing at 8:30am and returned at 4:30pm to find the room had not been cleaned. The manager said if you wanted your room cleaned before 5pm, you need to request this. Not reasonable! The man with towels came at 5:30 and housekeeping came at 7:30pm! The fitness...

“If you choose Building 4, get higher up ou you will be looking at a hill on the mountain side or a bit too close to folks on the slopes and lifts on the slope side. ”

“The rooms are average, they are clean and have everything you need. They have all sizes of rooms as you can tell. We stay in the basic because we are on the go so much of the time. It is fun to be there when it is snowing and open up the curtains all the way and watch it snow. The rooms have nice big windows.”
