In seems kind of pointless to review this hotel, as most of their guests are conference attendees with no choice in the matter. Regardless of whether or not I write this review, the Millennium Harvest House (MHH) will likely continue to operate as an overpriced, rundown, poorly-operated property with a captive customer base. But perhaps you do have a choice...

Location is great but I think the property is extremely run down and needs serious updating. It was not clean and there was dirt, marks and knicks on the walls and doors. The bathroom was terrible. Will not be returning and not worth the price.

I was attending a conference at the hotel and a group of us decided to go to the restaurant during a 1 hour lunch break. Big Mistake. They were wholly understaffed for the time of day and didn't anticipate a large number of people coming in for lunch. Long story short...7 minutes before we had to be back at the...

It is a shame they seem to be letting it decline. The property is beautiful and the location is near downtown! But the air conditioner rattled all night. The shower leaked and did more than drip and the towel rack was holding on by a thread! Then there were only 2 hangers in the closet and when they prepared the...

Do not believe the photo the hotel website. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I could not get a refund for my 4 night stay. This place is disgusting. The rooms smell moldy, are dirty and have ants. wall paper falling off the walls, some unknown stuff running down the side of the bed, gross....

Was in boulder for my cousins college graduation and stayed here for the ease of location to campus. Here is a summary of this very out dated hotel: Front door broken, only 1 working elevator out of 3- was told they were not going to repair until after boulder bolder because they are too busy and don't want to make...

I am a traveling salesman and I have been to some questionable hotels but this one takes the cake. Unfortunately I am here for a meeting or I would have left immediately . Mold in bathrooms , stains on carpet , walls a part of the closet is falling apart .. surely from water damage. The towel I grabbed after...

When I entered my room, the toilet seat was up and not clean (urine spots on the rim of the bowl), there was hair in the sink, the floor of the room had obviously not been vacuumed, the shower curtain looks like it has not been changed in years, the clock was not set to the correct time, the walls...

I had decided to go with a lesser expensive option while visiting CU Boulder with our daughter. The lobby appears to be clean but we were in a room far away. The hallways and room were dirty and run down. My recommendation is to pay a little extra and stay somewhere cleaner.

I just spend three nights in connection with a conference. THIS HOTEL IS NOT BEING MAINTAINED. Think of a house in foreclosure for a year. The rumor is that that this hotel is going to be torn down and the property entirely reconfigured. I don't know if this is true, but what is clear is that they should close the...
