The Motel is located conveniently right outside of Boulder, maybe 3 minutes drive to the city center. The room was spacious though a bit worn down. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can also use the barbecue in the yard, if you wish.

I have trouble giving the Silver Saddle an X out of 5 stars review. It's a funky old motel and will be 5 stars for some travelers and 1 star for others. There are also two parts to it, a motel and these old one room travel-lodge cabins. I've never stayed in the motel, only the cabins so this review...

I stayed 1 night with my family - 6 invidiuals. The cabin I stayed in were rustic, worn, but overall were clean. The location is close to the downtown Boulder area with plenty of local places to eat and places go shopping. I would not expect more than a place to stay for the night. However, with that being said,...

We stayed for one night in August. I wasn't expecting much based on the reviews, and found them to be pretty accurate. Older, but quite comfortable. Enjoyed having the separate bedroom, loved the views from front and back. I could hear our neighbor as I was going to sleep but found an app that had a fan sound on it...

It's a funky old motel which also has cabins. I stayed in a cabin. It was a little old and worn but had everything I needed, even for an extended stay. I did not use the kitchen, but it seemed very well equipped, 4 burners, a microwave and pots and pans. The bathroom was really small, an obese person might...

We arrived in Boulder late and with no reservation. Best Western, my first choice was full. We were just searching on our phones and the Silver Saddle popped up so we called, he had a room, and he said he "usually locked up at 9:30, but he'd stay open til we got there." The motel is really on the edge...

I travel for work mostly, and the biggest issue I have is how hard it is to sleep. Most motels/hotels are just so noisy, but the Silver Saddle is an oasis of peace. Located near a rushing stream, the only thing to hear at night is the water and morning birds, with traffic noise a vague and non-intrusive sound. Each...

This was the greatest little motel. Boulder Creek is right in front and the locale is beautiful. The two room suite was a very nice surprise. Parents in one room and graduating teen in another. If you go to Boulder, CO, try this place. You can't lose. Excellent value, close to Pearl Street for restuarants and shops, very friendly and...

We had an occasion to stay at the Silver Saddle Motel in Boulder, Colorado, recently and found it to be rustic, charming and in a wonderful location, within walking distance of the downtown and Pearl Street, but removed from the hustle and bustle. It is right along Boulder Creek and you can walk right out your door and be fly...
