I have been staying at this resort almost every year since I was a kid and now that I have gotten older and have a family of my own, I have introduced them to the resort and my wife and kids LOVE it!!! There is truly no place on earth better to have grown up vacationing than Poudre Canyon and...

We wanted a tent site for a month in February and was told there is no discount for extended stays $31 a day = $806 a month and the site are tiny crammed on top of each other and your sleeping on gravel so we paid for 2 weeks in advance and pretty much as soon as we showed up...

It's soooo nice when when you receive a delicious meal and have a wonderfully cozy spot you can chat. Every once in a while I come across a place that seems to cook a meal just the way I like it. The green chili burrito spicing was perfection, and the wild burger (blend of elk, bison and other wild meats)...

Before we even made our reservation we called multiple times to make sure we had all of the information. Not only did they give us incorrect information but when we arrived they werent even there to greet us. We got a phone call that they left and a map was taped outside. We drove around for a half hour lost....

My husband and I stayed in the East Duplex for the New Year and we could not have been happier! The party that Dan, Denise and their family hosted was fun and decorative, the lasagna was delicious and the staff was more then polite and helpful. We stayed there for three nights, enjoying the restaurant and the bar every evening....

Not only did we bring this place business in their slow season but we rented out 7 cabins and 1 duplex!!! They must not have noticed they had customers staying because our party of 18 were tripping over boxes and paint rollers while the owners were just glaring at us. Some of the staff were excellent but when it came...

The worst part of my truly bad experience at the Glen Echo resort was the resort's failure to enforce their '10PM quiet hours' rule. I was placed in a spot across the street from the 'penthouse' rental and had several people and kids making noise, playing music, and slamming doors until midnight - then had it start up again in...

My husband and I have stayed at the Glen Echo Resort at least 5 times over the last 10 years. We knew the former owners, and we met the new owners on our last visit 2 weeks ago. We were really looking forward to staying at the Glen Echo again, especially when we heard that the new owners had replaced...

The new owners are great! Good food and the cabins clean. We ate there twice while staying and were not disappointed. Needs updating but I know that takes time. The best of luck to the new owners. We will be back.

We hadn't eaten at Glen Echo for about 15-20 years. (See an early review to see why.) We heard there was new ownership of Glen Echo, so we went down to see. We ended up ordering dinner for seven, all of which came to less than $65. In remote places like the mountains, we don't expect good prices, so the...
