The Pines Lodge is the quintessential ski lodge, albeit at the high end of the price range. It has all the amenities that one would expect from an expensive resort but with out any of the stuffy pretentiousness. The staff was excellent and paid attention to even minor details to make their guests feel welcome. I didn't use the spa...

The staff go out of their way to ensure a great stay. Location was good with ski in/out as well as a complimentary shuttle. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and the bathrooms are large with a separate commode area. Definitely recommend - you can't beat the daily freshly baked cookies.

We enjoyed our stay here and you couldn't beat the location. The ski-in made it so convenient. They also offer complimentary shuttle service. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the mid day cookies and tea. Our room was nice, bathroom was spacious. Definitely recommend staying here.

Reviews can be so subjective from traveler to traveler (I loved the beds...I hated the beds) so I'll focus on universal expectations. The Pines offered kind, helpful staff who were easy to work with. Lots of "can-do" going on here; low-key but still on top of things. The property is quaint, with a "warm" energy that sinks in as soon...

Stay at The Pines every year and have always had a great experience. Recently completed a 4 night stay and were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade upon arrival to a king corner room. It is more spacious than the superior and deluxe rooms and every bit as nice. Service here is top notch and the staff is very helpful...

Incredible stay at The Pines. The facilities, rooms, beds were immaculate. Very convenient ski/snowboard valet service. The Village is a 5-10 minute walk down the ski in ski out path. Would definitely recommend this place.

Between our family and our friends we had 2 x 3 bedroom condo's for a week. Beaver Creek would have to be my favourite skiing slopes but I would never stay at The Pines again. The 2 supposedly "same" 3 bedroom apartments were vastly different. Ours was gloomy, old, and had many maintenance issues, some of which could be fixed...

It seems that the mark of a truly well run property is not the absence of difficulties but the speed and efficiency with which the inevitable problems are resolved. Broken (or inoperative) appliances were taken care of immediately; shuttle transportation delays were minimal (owing to the diligent efforts of the desk staff). The maintenance staff was even able to reduce...

This place is great! The room rate is very reasonable for a ski-in ski-out place, and the accommodations are first class! The restaurant is decent (reasonably good but not fantastic), and if you want to go out, you are walking distance to Beaver Creek Village. Perfect! In the morning, starting at 7:00 am, every floor has a hot beverage setup,...

This was our first stay at the Pines Lodge and I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very large. There was a pull out couch which surprisingly was comfortable. We were able to ski in/out right from the hotel to the Strawberry lift. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was with the concierge. We tried to book the...
