I cannot stress the staffs friendliness and always there to help. I had a mishap with someone taking my skis and they gave me rentals for the day at on charge. This is our 3rd year here and we are making it our Family Fun Vacation for 3 generations. Our Grandgirls love the place!

We have been coming to The Charter for over 10 years. Starting with the front desk, you are made to feel welcome the moment you arrive. The condos are tastefully decorated and you feel at home right away. A quick trip to the indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs gets you ready for your week on the slopes. The concierge,...

This is our 9th year at The Charter and everything about it is great! Front desk staff is very helpful, housekeeping has been prompt, detailed and friendly, it is walking distance to the village and they have a personal Charter Bus to take you to bottom of the slopes daily. It is the only property in Beaver Creek that has...

We have stayed at The Charter 4 years now. This was our Thanksgiving getaway. I have always given a 5 star review on trip advisor. This time there were a couple of bad things. 1- The restaurant's service was not as good as it had been before. Front of the house person felt like he was doing us a favor...

I was lucky enough to stay two nights here for a conference in late September during peak leaf viewing season. The Charter staff and accommodations were wonderful. I even extended my stay an extra night on my own dime because I didn't want to leave. The outdoor pool and hot spas were fabulous. Food from the catering staff was very...

My husband and I have stayed in BC many times, mostly at other resorts and condos. We found the Charter very good, but would not want to stay here for ski season, since the long walk to the slopes. Our room had a great view, the breakfast buffet expensive, but good. We ate out at other times. The bell staff...

So many amenities I'm still finding them after days. Excellent food and service. But I'm tired of being so cold. I had to add a jacket after the first hour of the conference and have proceeded to add layers each day as I'm still cold. Currently wearing a thermal layer I brought for hiking, a sweater, and a coat. Management...

Our first trip to Beaver Creek. Hard to beat the beauty surrounding you, the fall Aspen leaves, the gorgeous mountains, crisp blue skies followed by a Harvest Moon. Breathtaking. Then to add to all this, very comfortable accommodations. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Good food at reasonable prices. Conveniently located in the center of everything, within walking distance to nearly...

My family of 4 came to the resort for a wedding and stayed in a beautiful one bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom was a nice bonus. We saved $ by preparing breakfast in our kitchen each morning before heading out for our day's activities. The pool and jacuzzi's were great and the location was very convenient....

Room service was great. The height of the hotel was too high because I got bloody noses. But definitely get a humidifier. The view is great. The play area is great. Also very convenient. Love the skating area though.
