Based on TA reviews we checked into the Best Western in Yucca Valley in March 2017. We paid $105, aarp rate, for a standard king room. When my husband and I entered our top floor room, we found a small room with two quarter size burn holes in the worn, stained carpet, a stained upholstered chair, and a bed with...

We had a very nice room and breakfast buffet. The bed was terrible, it was like sleeping on a rock!! The internet was good sometimes and bad at other times. There seemed to be a lot of families here, so it appears to be a good place for families.

We stayed for a night to attend a concert at Pappy & Harriet's. The hotel was fine for our needs. It was clean and quiet - even though our room was by the elevator. We had a "suite" which meant there was a pull-out couch, but it didn't seem like the room was any larger than usual. Pluses: Great shower...

Overall the experience of staying in this hotel is average. It doesn't have a very appearing exterior nor the location is very close to the park entrance. However we love the kitchen and big refrigerator to store and cook for dinner instead of getting fast food. The room interior light and internet services has room to improve. Room size is...

Overall a clean room, comfy bed but beware of which room you are in because if you are close to the backdoor you might hear it slam all night. No pool when we stayed and no discount offered, no clear information about times for breakfast so we missed it completely.

Very run down and dirty, would not stay here again. The room was very dirty, the desk chair had stains and so did the carpet, looked like it had not been cleaned for years. Disgusting.. Would not stay again!!

Pool and Spa were drained for season...not by necessity but by choice. Brought swim suit and didn't discover they were not functional until I arrived. Staff told me when I called to make my reservations that I "should have asked" if pool was available!...a terrible thing to say to a customer....like it was "my" fault that I didn't ask! No...

We sincerely appreciate your valued business and I do extremely apologize for the lack of pool amenity you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are seasonal amenities during winter. This year was a bad winter for us and it caused severe damage to our system/pool surface. Upon "opening inspection" of the pool and hot tub, it...

The Best Western Joshua Tree Hotel & Suites is located right of Highway 62 in the heart of Yucca Valley. The hotel is housed in two complexes using the same parking lot. I found the room to be spacious and very quiet. It was also very clean and well appointed with a sitting area and a sleeping area. The front...
