We cannot say enough good things about Lavender. It is in the style of a French Country Inn, from the rooms to the breakfasts. Everything about this place is well thought out and designed for pleasure and relaxation. All rooms but the room in the main house have a separate patio, which is wonderful after a day of wine tasting...

This was our first stay at Lavender, Yountville and it did not disappoint. In every area Lavender exceeded our expectations. We will be visiting Yountville again just to plan an extended stay at Lavender. The staff differentiated Lavender from any place we have visited. I planned an engagement while visiting Yountville. Lavender staffers went above and beyond to help coordinate...

Highly reccomended! You can walk to all the best restaurants and tasting rooms for 20 plus vineyards - and of course Marion and the staff will give you coupons and point you in the right direction. Rooms are beautiful and the courtyard was perfect for a late afternoon cheese and meat refuel. Our room had a HUGE tub, fireplace and...

The biggest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel - including some fantastic suites and most homes I have lived in! Rooms include a small private patio. Everything has been considered: Good closet space, 4 drawers for folding clothes, a small fridge, bath salts for that enormous tub :-) Decor is a bit precious, but that goes with the...

Though we would have loved to stay longer, we only had one night for an escape to Napa during a recent CA trip. Having been to Yountville on day trips, I wanted to spend the night there, within walking distance of the wonderful restaurants and tasting rooms. The Lavender Inn fit the bill and also had a great mid-week (mid-winter?)...

I had never been to a bed and breakfast before. In my emails one day I saw an advertisement for The Four Sisters Inn in Yountville, Napa. As a Christmas gift to ourselves we booked the Lavender Inn for two nights for the price of one. We were delightfully surprised with our room. It was quite large, and nicely decorated with...

My husband and I had never stayed at a B&B before, nor had we been to Napa. So when we moved out here, we thought it was about time we did! So, for our 10th Wedding Anniversary, we did. I searched through several - no, tons of B&Bs in Napa, and after thinking I'd never find one we loved, happened...

Rather than repeat what others have written who give this inn high marks, I agree with everything said. It's a treat -- especially if you go midweek or take advantage of one of their free night offers. One thing not said, and not under the control of the property, is that Monday morning is garbage day in Yountville, and I...

Great little B&B centrally located near the center of town. The room was very nice; it had a gas fireplace, roomy bathroom and a comfortable bed. There's plenty of parking on the street and behind the hotel. We really enjoyed their happy hour where they served wine, cheeses and a few other treats. It's also a great to chat with...
