This is a decent resort, however, at $600.00 a night, they are $300.00 beyond their price point. I expect world class service, amenities and comparable facilities like a Four Seasons, Ritz or St. Regis. This place falls far short of any... You'll find the staff nice and facilities good. Stay in a second floor unit and request a room that...

Dear Jsokol, I was sorry to hear that our accommodations and service did not meet your expectations. Fall is a beautiful time of year to visit the Valley, and I agree that the guest's experience must be reflective of the seasonal rates. Jsokol we strive to make every guest's visit exceptional and that a feeling of value is realized, I...

Yountville is the epicenter of the Napa Valley dining scene. The Villagio is perfectly located to take a walk to many of the nicest restaurants you are looking for. To start, the grounds are impeccible!! The lush landscaping is beyond beautiful. A quiet stroll through the property along water feature lined sidewalks takes you to beautiful Tuscan decor buildings that...

Well if you are used to a 4 and 5 star hotel you will hate staying at this place. I made a reservation for my 22nd anniversary and as soon as we checked in to our $700 room I called the reception and asked to be checked out. The hotel is tired looking the bathrooms look like a 3 star...

My husband planned a fabulous trip to the Wine Country to celebrate a milestone birthday for me, which included a stay at the Villagio Inn and Spa. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk, who knew the occasion for our trip and immediately wished me a happy birthday. Check in process was quick, but our room was not quite...

Ugh. I would love to give this place 5 stars, but I just cannot. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are large and nicely appointed, with king beds, fireplace, sitting area, large jacuzzi tub, patio. The services and amenities are great too - beautiful pool, very nice spa, delicious buffet breakfast daily and I cannot say enough positive...

My daughter joined me for a few beautiful days in Yountville. We experienced "Picture perfect" weather...and both felt the Inn was very, very nice. The rooms were generous in size...bathroom was well situated, especially for our purposes. Because it was slightly removed from the sleeping area, I was able to get ready for meetings while she slept in. Meeting rooms...

We chose to stay at this hotel, because it was close to two restaurants that we had chosen for a special celebration. Our room was dark, with outdated furnishings and fittings in the room and the bathroom. The exterior of the buildings were dirty, some with cracks and watermarked, the windows were dirty, and the trees so overgrown that the...

When traveling to Napa Valley, there are a few things you must have at your hotel for the trip to be perfect, and I found it hard to find one single thing wrong with this hotel. This was my 3rd time visiting the Villagio, and it gets better every time. Large clean rooms with full amenities and large bathrooms (double...

Our third trip here. Rooms are large with the upstairs ones having high ceilings. Excellent breakfast The spa was very good. The massages were a little costly and the massages varied slot between masseuses. Wonderful location with many top restaurants and quick access to main Napa route 29

The Villagio is a lovely property. It abuts Rte 29 at the rear and there is traffic noise outdoors but the rooms are very quiet. We had room 103. Right near the pool and the Reception area where breakfast was served. The room itself is very pleasant with two armchairs and a desk chair. There was a bottle of wine...
