We have just spent one night at this hotel, however despite the great location which is close to many locals bars and restaurants it's overpriced. The car parking is $33 a day which is ridiculous, they claim to offer valet service included-but in reality the staff were reluctant to do this suggesting it's just as easy to self park. The...

Stayed in a Suite on 3rd floor. Nice room space but dated furniture, walls, and bathroom. Kinda expensive for what was there. This place is right on Santa Monica Blvd (Route 66) so lots of cool stuff to do close by. Kitchen 24 is right out the front door and also delivered to the rooms. They have really good breakfasts.

Overpriced with no breakfast and $33 per day for parking. dirty walls, stained carpeting, chipped counters, and tile and tubs showings stains and badly done repairs, including peeling spray coating. Pillows were cheap and worn out. Bed was comfortable enough and room was large enough. Person who checked us in acted bored at best.

This hotel was lovely with it's interesting architecture and vaulted lofts with king beds. My family greatly enjoyed the package with the early hour morning admission to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter through Universal Studios website. The staff was extremely friendly and everything was great! I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in that neck of the woods!

Great location and decent clean rooms. Hall carpets are getting worn. Although we did not have a car, the onsite parking is very convenient. A nice bonus is the restaurant next door that is open 24 hours.

Our room could have used a little updating - the laminate floor edges were starting to curl, and the bedside tables' wood surfaces were worn from use. The room was spacious enough, had a comfy bed and bathroom. I wished the bathroom fan wasn't so noisy, and wondered why they charged an extra dollar for the safe (which we never...

On arrival they were very friendly and welcoming. They gave me a nicer room than I had booked I think because I had a large balcony that I shared with the room next door. Arriving I had I gone back to reception because the room was right next to very noisy vending machines on the third floor, agreed to stay...

Small rooms, but nice enough to sleep, comfortable bed, clean, no views from 2nd floor. One sink in bath and very little counter space . Bathroom needs a remodel....older. No microwave, refrig leaks so they have a drip pan under it. There are no amenities at this hotel, just a good location, TV was large but very limited channels. The...

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
