I was not expecting anything great but I was pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable my stay was. It is just off the highway but quiet in the night. Got good sleep and friendly owner. It is small, enough parking..more parking in the next lot for bigger vehicles.

My father and I stayed here on our drive from California to Oregon. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was fine with providing two keys. They also didn't mind our small dog, for which we paid a small and very reasonable additional fee. We were within walking distance of anything we wanted. The wifi was... More

We were driving a very large moving truck with a car trailer on the back and the motel was no where near the freeway. We felt we were going through a very poor part of town. When we pulled into the parking lot there was no where to park this large truck with trailer and the motel itself didn't look... More

The place looks ratty from the outside, but it's not. Our room was clean, fresh - felt recently remodeled. Bed was fine. There;s a good bakery right down the street. I will stay there again on future travels.

This was a great choice for us coming down out of the pass late at night. Our room was squeaky clean, very comfortable and very inexpensive. We called directly to the motel and were quoted and received a price even slightly lower than the TripAdvisor site quote. The place has been thoroughly renovated- the bathroom had been very recently redone.... More

I been coming to this motel for the last eight years, during my annual fishing & deer hunting trips. It's not the most elegant or most modern place, but it is a good place to stay for the price. The place is an older establishment, but its clean and comfortable, and its conveniently located in the small town of Weed. I... More

I had decided I wanted to stay in an older traditional motel, so stayed away from the safer choices (Motel 6, Comfort Inn, etc.). We weren't overwhelmed. To start with, our host was helpful and congenial. But the price we were rung up for was a bit higher than the paperwork from Booking.com suggested. I noticed this later, and didn't... More

This is a simple, uncomplicated place to stay. It is an older motel, but the room was clean and the bathroom had been updated. Because of being in Weed, it is quiet. It is on the highway, so it is convenient to get to. I have traveled a lot this summer and here is what I mean by my rating... More

We pass through Weed about once a year and decided to give the Townhouse Motel a try this time. Friendly innkeeper and very small, dated, but clean room on the inside. Bed was fairly comfortable and it was a good price. The outside of the establishment needs some serious cleaning up. I realize they have somewhat harsh winters, but a... More

Inexpensive, clean, and manager exceptionally nice and very helpful. Motel is older, but more than ok. We had first floor room and bathroom recently remodeled with VERY nice, deep soaker tub. Would definitely stay here again. Only 10-15minutes from Mt Shasta .
