This is a basic motel. It is older, but the room was very clean. It was fine for a clean place to lay your head but it was certainly a no frills place. Check in was smooth and friendly. There is road noise so it might not be good for a light sleeper.

This is an old style California motel. The rooms are very basic but you are right under Mount Shasta. We had a gracious host and a very good nights sleep for not very many dollars. Since all we want to do is lay our heads down it was perfect.

Other reviews are accurate. Rooms are small but clean, bathroom is OK. Mod cons include microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Price is right, nothing is really wrong with this motel, but not that much to recommend it, either. Reception could be more welcoming. However, about a block away is the Hi-Lo Cafe, very popular, reasonably priced and good, so all is... More

We stopped here on our way back from Crater Lake....the rooms were clean , though very small in size. They have upgraded the washrooms, which is good... The phone was not working, and the speed of wifi was pathetic...we really could not connect to the wi-fi at all. As for the breakfast...it was highly disappointing...just some packaged danish and coffee...nothing... More

Stopped here on our vacation trip from Florida! This was an old time motel but we had a very nice stay. It was very clean and although a little small, it was a delightful stay. The only missing item was a hair dryer. I never pack one anymore since most hotels provide them. The Hi Lo restaurant within walking distance... More

As others have said, the rooms are clean and perfectly adequate. Guy at check in was neither friendly or welcoming nor rude. Did the paperwork and handed over a key. A smile and word or two of welcome would have been nice. But more importantly, they really, really should throw a coat of paint on the outside of the place.... More

This is an older motel with some upgrades. The room was small but had everything needed for a short stay. It was comfortable and clean. There was some unrepaired damage showing on the baseboard by a phone jack. Maybe they were working on it. There is a packaged pastry for breakfast. Nothing else, so it's not the "continental breakfast" ypu've... More

We stayed one night at Townhouse Motel. We arrived reasonably later on at night the motel owner was a nice man who was helpful and very polite. The room was comfortable and had been remodelled and everything was clean. The bed was quite hard and i couldnt get logged in to the Wi-Fi which i wasnt too worried about. Otherwise... More

Stayed here as a quick, overnight stop as part of a longer drive. Pros: SUPER CLEAN room. You could eat off the floor! Quiet. Friendly reception. Nice TV and reception. Free wi-fi. Easy walk to several restaurants and a coffee place. View of Mt. Shasta from the front of the motel. Cons: This is a very basic, older motel...nothing fancy... More

The property is a little old (the floor creeks from the people upstairs walking around), but the room was plenty big enough and very clean. Continental breakfast wasn't much to speak of (so plan to get a real breakfast at one of the restaurants nearby). Place advertised best deal in Weed, and for the price I was happy to have... More
