Be sure to confirm your requirements prior to visit and have written confirmation on hand upon arrival. Facilities are good and location perfect for my requirements but 2 years in a row I have had issues upon arrival and been made to feel uncomfortable.

The room was clean, modern and well equipped. There were very nice views from the private balcony over the Olympic Park. The hotel is conveniently located in very close proximity to ANZ Stadium. There is plenty of paid public parking next to the hotel, however for large events this may fill up.

Include the price for parking in your room tariff especially for guest from the country and make more spaces available. Maintain a high level of room service even over a long weekend. Your deck staff was good but the follow up from management was disappointing.

Very basic facilities for $300 a night. Lifting capacity totally inadequate at peak times. My key card wouldn't work to access my room when I returned from a function at 12.40 am, and no-one was in attendance at reception. The bathroom is so tiny you have to be careful not to hit your head on the shower screen when you...

Luxury accommodation after a long day at the show and big drive, great nights sleep before returning for day two at the Royal. Loved that we could easily walk to Quest as car was left with float in showground car park. Only regret is that we really didn't get enough time to enjoy our apartment.

rooms should be serviced regardless of holiday times - guests could leave a sign out if they do not need room to be serviced. If there is to be no service at all, clients should be TOLD, not just handed a generic sheet with multiple information.

No meal or drinks options in the vicinity, apartments were very small but expensive. We stayed for proximity to the Easter show, but now now you should stay closer to the other hotels or in Parra or the city and travel to the venue.

I stayed here for an overnight stay for an event at Olympic park. The staff were all friendly and helpful. By far the most disappointing of the many Quest properties I have happily stayed in. Our studio room was beyond small. The bathroom was so cramped my 6ft6 partner had to sit on an angle to use the toilet! Worst of all the walls were so thin we could hear every word of the guest in the next rooms phone...
