Great venue if attending concerts or events at Olympic Park. A little bit expensive but due to the location in close proximity to Accor Stadium, it was ideal and there was no need to rush to catch trains, taxis, ubers, etc. The room we had was very comfortable with two double beds, and all facilities were very good. The staff at the reception desk and the bar (Tim) were excellent and very helpful - especially with car-parking and serving us cold, delicious beverages. If only doing it once in a while this is well worth the indulgence. Highly recommended - but does come with a price tag.

Perfect location for any sporting or other events in Olympic Park. We stayed for three nights while going to the United Cup tennis, which was a 10minute walk away or a 5 minute complimentary bus ride from the train station away. The staff were welcoming and friendly and liked the pre-arrival email from Kristina. Our room was spacious and had everything we required on a high level floor, courtesy of our Accor loyalty. We enjoyed the evening canapes and drinks which are self-service. Breakfast was very good in the restaurant on the ground floor. We did experience a couple of minor glitches with food orders at the bar - firstly being delivered the wrong order, meant for the table 2 along from us and secondly at breakfast receiving the wrong poached egg order - this was all rectified. All in all highly recommend this hotel for its facilities, staff and location.

We came here for the Backstreet Boys concert, and it was a very busy weekend with Harry Styles also on at the other arena. The checkin was seamless, we had prepaid with Qantas hotels and then just paid our parking directly to the hotel as we had self parked underneath the hotel. Parking entrance was monitored and checked against booking name due to the large events, so well done on the hotels as the parking is shared with the novotel across the road also with limited parking spots available. The room has everything you need, was clean and well maintained, bathroom immaculate. Kettle and fridge with huge amount of floor space. We didn't get to spend much time in the room as we were there for an event, but the bed was fantastic. Staff helped with all enquires, no problem. So close to concert venues, and we ubered to homebush DFO to kill time before check in.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong tight from check in to check out! We are out of towners and arrived after an over two hour drive looking forward to having a rest in our room before anything else. Check in seemed to go smoothly, however things started to go topsy-turvy from the mi ute we got in the lift and our key card did not work! I have a disability and need a walking stick to walking backwards and forwards from lobby to lift is t fun, I had to do it three times before our card had been correctly activated, On arrival in our room we realized we wouldn’t having the much anticipated coffee as the Nespresso machine was nowhere to be seen. So we thought we might go to the Executive Lounge for we which we had paid extra, on top of the ridiculously high rates($A600+) due to it being Easter Show time! And once again, our card had not been activated correctly and we were denied entry! Another trip down to the lobby wirh my walking stick! While there I mentioned the lack of the coffee machine and was told that was a ‘housekeeping issue’?. By now I was absolutely exhausted. Once back in our room we felt it had not been cleaned properly,it smelt musty and the toilet was not clean. Things settled ,until we went down to breakfast the next morning where again we had issues ,as we had already paid $140.00 extra for lounge upgrade we believed that would include breakfast, however it had not been noted on our room details so once again we had unpleasant issues convincing the receptionist. Upon checkout the other room I had booked for my family had overcharging errors in the bill, once again due to errors during check in,in fact it took three attempts till it was correct. And the final straw came when my son in law advised me that his valet parked practically new car had its tyre rims and tyres badly damaged! On speaking with hotel staff I was told the matter would be investigated? It seems their attitude rather strange. Finally I am a Gold Accor Plus member ,this usually means I get some special treatment for my loyalty,i.e upgrades ,etc. However at this establishment two vouchers for a cheap drink each seems to have been their limit. This in no way compares to other Pullman and Sofitel establishments where room upgrades to a junior suite were granted, apart from many other lovely treats. If this was my only Pullman experience I would immediately cancel my Gold Accord Plus membership.

The staff were nice but the hotel room was designed by Fawlty Towers!
There are also no phone charging points at all! In 2024!
The wifi was appalling. It kept going off and on and when it was on it kept dropping and wasn't fit for purpose.
The bed had a duvet on which did not fit the duvet cover and no one had noticed!
Several times they tried to tell me that this was normal!
Then they blamed the laundry people for doing this!
Just common sense bypass going on here!
How can a four star hotel give a customer a duvet with a duvet cover that is too small for it?
The desk had a chair that was too low for it to be able to use the desk properly!'
They had to find me a conference chair with cushions so that I could reach the desk! Bizarre design!
The sink was so badly designed that it could not be used to fill up either the kettle or the water bottle they gave me without spilling out all the water from them! It was a joke!
I had to use the small glass that they gave us to fill up with water and then pour the water into the kettle to be able to use it!
On my 3rd day they didn’t even bother to clean my room!
I left at midday and came back at 11pm and the room had not been touched, this despite the fact that I did not have the don’t disturb sign on. Shocking for a hotel of this nature not to clean your room!
I had to call up to get some coffee granules for the morning but clearly no one had tried to clean the room. What kind of SOP allows that?
It’s like a hotel room from the 1990s!
Fawlty Towers designed, don't stay here!
Bailey was fantastic as introduced me to Michael who saved me a load of money in taxi fares to and from the airport.
Great location for the concert which is why I am here but I wouldn’t stay here again, it’s a shambles.

Dear Chris J. Reed, I would like to express my sincere apologies for the numerous inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. Your feedback regarding the design flaws in the room, the absence of phone charging points, and the subpar wifi connection is deeply concerning. Please rest assured that we take your comments seriously and will address these issues with our team. It is disappointing to hear about the issues with the duvet and duvet cover, as well as the desk and chair setup. Such lapses in attention to detail do not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. We will investigate these matters further to ensure they are rectified promptly. Regarding the cleanliness of your room, I sincerely apologize for the oversight in servicing your accommodation. This is certainly not indicative of our usual standards, and I will personally look into the breakdown in our housekeeping procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I am delighted to hear that Bailey provided you with excellent service and introduced you to Michael, who assisted you with transportation arrangements. We appreciate your kind words about our team members and the hotel's convenient location for the concert. Once again, please accept my apologies for the shortcomings you encountered. We value your feedback as it helps us improve, and I hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional stay you deserve. Warm regards, Dianne Knight Director Rooms

We arrived to the Pullman at 4pm a full hour after the check in time that is stated online and our room wasn’t ready. After waiting for another hour our room was apparently ready. As we were checking in the lady that was checking us in stated that as we had to wait so long to check in that the charge for car parking would not be added to our account and then verified the parking ticket. On arrival at home we checked our credit card statement and we were indeed charged for parking. We we arrived at our room it was set up for 3 people not 2. We booked and paid for the superior king room to have the extra room so this was not what we paid for. When you stay at and pay for a 5 star hotel you rightfully should expect things to be right. A simple phone call advising us of delayed check in process would have been nice as we would have delayed our arrival accordingly. To be told that parking would be complementary and then to be charged for parking is completely wrong and not something that a so called 5 star hotel would do. We filled out the questionnaire that was emailed to us after our stay and whilst they were very apologetic about our experience that was it, no explanation as to the delay in the check in process or the reason why they offered the parking as complementary and then charged us for it. We will be staying in the area again I’m sure but we will be definitely looking at other places to stay before we ever stay at pullmans again. Most disappointing stay as the whole night was part of our 30th wedding anniversary celebrations.

I’m not enjoying writing negative comments so want to mention first of all Housekeeping staff Nitesh who is just a brilliant person. If I run my business I would love to have employees like Nitesh to work in my team. What a wonderful worker! Please let him give some Hospitality Lessons to Reception Desk, in particular Natalia who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Nitesh deserves good promotion. Thank you for your kindness and professional attitude, Nitesh! On you website you write: “… we provide you with discounted passes to Sydney Aquatic Centre…” . The girl at the front desk was very surprised when I showed her this information from your website ( she couldn’t find it on her computer so I had to show it to her from my cellphone). She directed me to “supervisor on duty” who immediately made us regret booking at your hotel. Would be nice to hear some feedback from you.

Dear kosmopolitkan I am so sorry to read of your experience with the Front Office team, we do offer discounted passes to the aquatic center and this should be well known knowledge within the team, the aquatic center has been closed for refurbishment for some time now and is expected to reopen in February 2022, I'm wondering if this is what may have caused the confusion but will check with the team to gauge their understanding. I am so sorry to read of the interaction you had with the team member at the desk, it is important to us that our guests are made to feel welcome and are treated with the upmost professional hospitality within all interactions, I will discuss your feedback with the person of concern. Please feel free to contact me directly on h2732-rd@accor.com (please provide phone number so I can call you directly) to ascertain more detail in regards to your interaction. It is very pleasing to read of your interactions with Nitesh, Nitesh is certainty an asset to the team and I will share your feedback with him also. Again I am so sorry to learn of your experience and hope to discuss further. Kind Regards Dianne Knight Director of Asset

Unfortunately I am writing regarding some negative feedback. I stayed at Pullman Sydney Olympic Park on 27/8/2022 with my family. We booked 3 rooms and on arrival, 2 of the rooms were not ready (this was after the specified checkin time) there was no apology, no offer to hold our bags or provide a drink voucher while we waited. We stayed in the one room that was ready and then went out for lunch. We came back a few hours later and had to follow up. The room still was not ready. This was now approx 5pm and the room still not ready. 3 hours after advised checkin time? At this point I explained my disappointment and was offered a bottle of wine delivered to the room which we appreciated. Finally after about 4 hours the room was ready but no wine had arrived. My daughter then arrived to checkin and her room STILL was not ready. She is pregnant and wasn't feeling well, I advised the front desk and they were able to arrange a room which we appreciated but find it unbelievable her room still wasn't ready at approx 7pm? We paid an entire nightly rate and 2 rooms were not ready for hours after checkin. The wine that we were offered finally arrived at about 10pm. We were willing to look past all of this until we discovered in our fridge there was leftover half consumed bottles of coke which leads us to believe the room wasn't cleaned properly. But the next part is what really topped off a horrible experience. I have attached photos of how our bed was made. You will see in the photo the sheet doesn't even reach the end of the bed. How do your housekeeping staff think it is okay to see that the sheet they have put onto the bed doesn't even reach the end and just go about their day? We paid $469 x 3 for these 3 rooms and 2 of them were not able to be used until 4-5 hours after checkin. One not even cleaned properly and the bed not made properly at all. We were better staying at a budget hotel. How disappointing to pay 5 star rates for budget service. This surely is a case for fair trading as we didn't even get the full amount of time we paid for to enjoy the room. I look forward to your response in this matter.
Thank you, Debbie

Whenever we attend Sydney Olympic Park for events we stay at The Pullman. Having not been to any decent events since 2019 we stayed again at our favourite hotel.
Things have definitely changed…. The service upon arrival and departure was its usual outstanding self, the room was not.
Upon entering the floor I noticed old room service trays still outside the door, and the next rooms door… the elevator lobby was also heavy with boxes of trash.
The room itself still had a multi paged itinerary taped to the wall, with first aid tape.
The room was clean, the minibar is non existent too… and the big thing so noted, there are zero usb ports available to charge one’s phone overnight… most hotels provide these, the Pullman still does not… (time to update those power sockets).
The downstairs bar, it used to be open after events for guests to have a coffee or a few drinks… when we arrived back at 1130pm we were told “sorry closed”, when asked how we could get a coffee or drink we were welcome to go for a walk down the road to see if another place was open…..
I know we’re welcome to walk down the road… what happened to the Pullman?? Every-time we’ve stayed in the past never an issue, always happy to serve us a nightcap or 2….
Morning breakfast was usual standard good, but stay away from the scrambled egg… or should I call it creamy mush… it’s bordering on uncooked slop… perhaps a little more time in the pan to dry it out would yield a better result… but in its present state it’s just wrong.
We may stay here again, hopefully they update soon

Honestly I cannot speak highly enough of this property and the staff in it. I have stayed at this hotel a lot over the years for both work and also when our kids have had events at the aquatic centre across the road and it has never disappointed.
Every time I stay there I make a note to put up a review so here it is:
1) Staff are always courteous and efficient with any requests - I have found they genuinely cannot do enough. Whoever looks after customer service or does staff training is doing a great job here.
2) The rooms are always meticulously clean.
3) Parking is easy and an elevator away from reception.
4) Breakfast has everything me and my family want/need. We have some that like cereal, others that like eggs made their way, and others that want fruit or pastry. Its all there.
5) The room service menu and restaurant menus are excellent. I can always find something healthy in additional to all the other great selections.
6) The bar has a great atmosphere.
7) Lounge food is better than any other Pullman I have been to and the wine is good too.
8) If you are an Accor member, and depending on the level - these guys go above and beyond the usual extras!!
Anyway I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. If we are going to an event in the area my kids are usually most excited about staying in this hotel and it provides a great no fuss place to be for business trips as well.

Howdy; yes there is parking directly under these hotels. Be ready for a price shock - $50! I think it cost me $45 as a Accor member. You pay $50 in the city and that includes valet.
There are more places to choose from in the Sydney Olympic Park area.
