Another nice stay at the SOP Pullman, even with the restrictions due to covid you are given a genuine welcome on arrival. The rooms are clean and comfily beds, thank you for the room upgrade and welcome cheese plater. The food and service at the Bacar Restaurant is excellent, a choice of set or full menu.

I’m not enjoying writing negative comments so want to mention first of all Housekeeping staff Nitesh who is just a brilliant person. If I run my business I would love to have employees like Nitesh to work in my team. What a wonderful worker! Please let him give some Hospitality Lessons to Reception Desk, in particular Natalia who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Nitesh deserves good promotion. Thank you for your kindness and professional attitude, Nitesh! On you website you write: “… we provide you with discounted passes to Sydney Aquatic Centre…” . The girl at the front desk was very surprised when I showed her this information from your website ( she couldn’t find it on her computer so I had to show it to her from my cellphone). She directed me to “supervisor on duty” who immediately made us regret booking at your hotel. Would be nice to hear some feedback from you.

Dear kosmopolitkan I am so sorry to read of your experience with the Front Office team, we do offer discounted passes to the aquatic center and this should be well known knowledge within the team, the aquatic center has been closed for refurbishment for some time now and is expected to reopen in February 2022, I'm wondering if this is what may have caused the confusion but will check with the team to gauge their understanding. I am so sorry to read of the interaction you had with the team member at the desk, it is important to us that our guests are made to feel welcome and are treated with the upmost professional hospitality within all interactions, I will discuss your feedback with the person of concern. Please feel free to contact me directly on h2732-rd@accor.com (please provide phone number so I can call you directly) to ascertain more detail in regards to your interaction. It is very pleasing to read of your interactions with Nitesh, Nitesh is certainty an asset to the team and I will share your feedback with him also. Again I am so sorry to learn of your experience and hope to discuss further. Kind Regards Dianne Knight Director of Asset

I stayed here for 4 nights for a work conference in early December. It had just reopened to the public after being used by the ADF during Covid. My room was immaculately clean and modern, with a great view. At the time I stayed masks and other Covid safety measures were in place and the staff (and customers) were 100% abiding by the rule. I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay. An interesting point to note is that over the years I have stayed in many nice hotels and I always have to put a towel on the floor at the entry door to block out the light from the hallway overnight - but this place was beautifully dark and I didn't need to!

A brilliant family stay. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Very quiet and dark rooms allowing for a perfect sleep. Breakfast was great, as was the bar service of an evening. Even little things like the speed of lifts was pleasant. Parking very convenient also. We were there for lots of live sport so initially booked due to location and it did not disappoint either. We will definitely be back!

Saw the NRL game on Saturday night and stayed at the Pullman again, one of our favourite hotels. Came up from the South Coast and booked in early to our room which was nice. Natalia at reception was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for her. We are only Gold members but bought the $269.00 deluxe package and what great value. Got a upgrade to a beautiful 15th floor Executive corner suite facing the Olympic stadium, a bottle of red and a fruit bowl and a chocolate brownie surprise which we appreciated greatly. Lovely room, best king size bed and all the staff brilliant as usual. Had dinner and breakfast and the usual high standard you come to expect when you stay in this hotel. Will be back for sue. Thank you Pullman for another great stay.
