Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent stay-friendly and obliging staff, clean spacious rooms, easy access to transport and other facilities. A huge shout to ‘Tim’ for looking after us during our stay and the other chap in bar whose name I can’t recall but started with an ‘L’ I think. It was nice to John still there. Having the exec lounge downstairs wasn’t really a huge impact, we did access a couple of times during our stay, so having access was great. ALL staff were friendly and obliging, from checkin to checkout. Rooms Clean and room replenished daily. A bonus during the stay would be for guests to have access to push bikes to use ? Overall we had a great stay.

One of my favourite hotels. Nothing is a trouble to the staff, food is excellent, rooms are quite spacious. It is a lovely quiet hotel with so much to do, or do absolutely nothing. Lovely walk ways and bicycle paths close by.

Great venue if attending concerts or events at Olympic Park. A little bit expensive but due to the location in close proximity to Accor Stadium, it was ideal and there was no need to rush to catch trains, taxis, ubers, etc. The room we had was very comfortable with two double beds, and all facilities were very good. The staff at the reception desk and the bar (Tim) were excellent and very helpful - especially with car-parking and serving us cold, delicious beverages. If only doing it once in a while this is well worth the indulgence. Highly recommended - but does come with a price tag.

Hotel looks nice, good reviews, but I had a few issues with the room, such as a dusty room, no mini bar, fresh water or complementary biscuits which I had in a 3 star hotel in Thailand. Also the lifts are terribly noisy, running up and down all night. Good thing that it's close to the stadiums for concerts etc. Paid $429 plus car parking costs. A bit disappointed to be honest.

I have stayed at the Pullman at Sydney Olypic Park many times across the past few months. Trips ranging from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. The hotel can be extremely busy with concerts and sporting events regularly occurring. The team take this in their stride, adapt and are always willing to go out of there way to ensure guests are comfortable and needs are met. I am an Accor Plus Member and the front office, whenever possible fulfil the room upgrade. The Executive Lounge is a good space, and although not a negative, is currently unavailable due to the Soccer World Cup. The evening canapes and drinks have been moved to the main bar where John and the restaurant and bar team take care of you.

Part of the Accor group, great location with plenty of bars & restaurants around, although they tended to close early. Room was nice & comfortable with views, no balconies. Staff were pleasant. Public transport was accessible.

The hotel has a great accessible accommodation options. Both, shower and toilet has all the basics requirements for someone with reduced mobility. Bed was good enough to rest well, but the main room door is too heavy and difficult to operate for someone using a wheelchair. Very recommended if you don’t want to stay close to the CBD.

When you stay at a 5 stars hotel and rightfully should expect things to be right. Prior to arrival, I have been liaised with the reservation sales agent about my booking credit and we thought all should have been taken note of so this was not certainly as expected. On arrival, the front desk lady requested for my card and I thought it was for security deposit. Without my acknowledgment, my card was being charged. The lady who checked us in mentioned there wasn’t any booking note in the system and they not aware of the arrangement. I have to show the email to the front desk and request for a refund which will take 7 working day. Secondly, we were being told that we have been selected as the guest of the day due to the birthday trip. When we checked in to the room, room was filthy and we got a bath towel with a big hole, requested for bedroom slippers but being told not provided. Hotel offered complimentary breakfast for us on this special occasion but given the fact that I’ve booked the room with breakfast. Anyway, thanks for the birthday cake amenities. The next day when we head down for breakfast, another surprise came from the restaurant staff that breakfast not included. After verification, the hostess offered coffee for us before being seated but the coffee never arrived after 45 mins and we have to keep asking for it. Staff not attentive and lack of service. Glad that we only spent one night here before transferring to town. The overall experience was very disappointing and this is certainly not a 5 stars hotel would do. Won’t be back anymore!

A year ago I wrote a 5 star review of this property. It has changed. I stayed in March and had to follow them up a few times when they forgot to attribute the points for Accor. I stayed for 9 nights in April and they've only honoured 2 nights for some reason. I've contacted them several times now and had no response. Its been almost 5 days so I'm not sure where the customer service staff are. Its been an unpleasant experience and wouldn't recommend.

We came here for the Backstreet Boys concert, and it was a very busy weekend with Harry Styles also on at the other arena. The checkin was seamless, we had prepaid with Qantas hotels and then just paid our parking directly to the hotel as we had self parked underneath the hotel. Parking entrance was monitored and checked against booking name due to the large events, so well done on the hotels as the parking is shared with the novotel across the road also with limited parking spots available. The room has everything you need, was clean and well maintained, bathroom immaculate. Kettle and fridge with huge amount of floor space. We didn't get to spend much time in the room as we were there for an event, but the bed was fantastic. Staff helped with all enquires, no problem. So close to concert venues, and we ubered to homebush DFO to kill time before check in.
