Black Oak Casino is alright for its location. It's a good place. 'Just to send one night' There are no other hotels in the area. The room we had was tired looking. The curtains showed its age. The inter sheer (curtains) will not close. The shower had a leak behind the wall. So that left water stains in the shower...

The hotel is great for gambling next to the casino the outdoor pool and jacuzzi is heated year around, comfortable clean and modern. Has a mini cafe inside the hotel and if that doesn't work for you then you you walk 30 yards to the casino with plenty of more choices for food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this...

So I rated these guys a 4/5. To me, to achieve that 5th 'star' the place has to be over the top special. And while the Hotel at Black Oak was pretty darn nice it wasn't over the top special. To summarize: - Valet park the car at check-in. Went pretty good, everyone was polite - Initial greeting and check...

From the moment I stepped through the door I could see that this was a well-run hotel. I was not wrong. Everything appears brand new, although I am unsure of when it was built. Check-in was super-efficient and the rooms were great. Nothing could be faulted. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but I wished that it could have...

Only stayed here for two nights in the spa suite, but could have stayed longer. Room very comfortable and bathroom luxurious. Lobby and entrance very tastefully decorated, and although we didn't use the pool area, it looked clean and relaxing and would have used the hot tub if staying for longer. Good food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet had...

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only issue is that it is a little walk from hotel to casino front entrance, especially when cold or raining. Beautiful pool, hot tub and cabanas with food service from hotel now available. Will be back soon.

I can't begin to say enough good things about the experience we had at the Black Oak Casino and Hotel. First off, the lobby was exquisitely beautifully decorated. Felt very natural with wood and rock throughout and a welcoming fire in the lobby. Love the Indian theme throughout the hotel complete with baskets and mortars and pestle displays. The hotel...

Our room was on the first floor of a four story building. Warmly greeted for check in which was fast and easy. Bellman took our bags and we met him in the room. Room was spacious, looked out over a creek and green belt. Beds were comfortable, HD TV, wifi was fast and complimentary, two big cookies on arrival with...

I am currently staying at the hotel for a work related purpose. I received a written quote via email from the hotel stating that my stay would be free. I called to verify the accuracy of the free stay and the desk clerk said that sometimes the hotel comps the rooms of guests. I have the email to document my...
