I went to this hotel for work. It was a great hotel - with good Asprey amenities, nespresso machine and a fire in the room. The beds were comfortable and the ski valet service was good. The breakfast buffet was expensive but decent. The location was great - ski in and ski out. The concierge was good. It's expensive so...

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton as part of large conference group, which can never be a good experience for staff to have to handle, but generally everyone I interacted with was professional and pleasant. There was a slight mix up with our room booking, but that was handled pretty well. The facilities were generally excellent, and the room very...

My husband and I decided to visit the restaurant for lunch. I had a caesar salad and portebello mushroom with melted brie cheese sandwich. The sandwich was especially delicious. My husband loved his reuben. Service is not fast but who cares with the view we had. Be sure to ask for a table with a view, otherwise you won't likely...

The staff at the ritz make this a five star experience. From the valet staff that handles gear and cars with care to the restaurant staff they are all impeccable. Location in the slopes is a real plus. So is the rental ski shop in the hotel. All in all I'd highly recommend to stay here. Finally the skiing in...

I wish I could live at this Ritz Carlton. The views are beautiful. The location is very convenient for ski, snowboarding, Northstar village and proximity to other activities. The amenities are superb. A HIDDEN GEM for me was the fact that as a guest of the hotel you have complimentary access to the spa dry sauna, eucalyptus steam room, showers,...

Location is just dreamy, mid-mountain in Northstar that allows you to easily ski in and out and a very shot and scenic gondola ride to the village. If you or anybody in your family are taking classes, Northstar instructors will come to pick you up and drop you off right by the patio! Staff is just fantastic everywhere, they went...

Great recovery after a blow it. The staff at the Ritz were for the most part great. Always asking if there is anything else they can do. Our room was not ready so they comped us appetizers and drinks. They didn't call us for 2 hours which was very annoying. The front desk scrambled around and upgraded us to the...

The hotel itself sits majestically mid-mountain at Northstar. Our first encounter at the front desk was Drew and he was fantastic. He was helpful, informative and just set the tone for our visit. We loved our cozy room - perfect for my husband, 9 year old son and I. Drew had mentioned having lunch at the Backyard - the outdoor...

We stayed at several Ritz Catlton properties and other hotels like St. Regis etc but the service at this hotel was exceptional. $50.00 to park your car in the after then 2 of the 3 restaurants were not open, but it is a Beautiful resort. We went into town and had a great time with a less expensive atmosphere at Dockside 700. Do your self a favor and stay at a resort with a less stuffy more family friendly atmosphere.
