This property is currently undergoing some construction which was not made aware to patrons on their website or any other affiliated partners. Upon checking in there was no parking spots left due to the renos, and was told to park on the side street outside of the vicinity of the property. Luckily one of the staff moved the parking cones (inside of property) so we can park our car there the first night. When we entered our room, it stinks of cigarettes, very badly. Informed reception, didn't seem concerned, just offered room spray.

Second night still no parking and was told to again park outside of the property on the street. Hubby found empty space which was coned off. Got a call from reception to move our car because that designated space was for the security guard. Luckily didnt move our brand new car which took us 5 years of 12-14hour shifts to save up for..Some junkie in a red car had driven into and smashed a parked car of a patron staying at the property, exactly the same spot I was told to park my brand new car at. Can you imagine, what are the chances, that could've been my car!!

Third night I was looking for the tv remote and found empty bags of drug sachets (meth) and remnants of weed in the draws. I was not happy. I'm pregnant and to know that there have been drugs smoked in this room and I'm essentially breathing the remnants left on these walls, furniture, linen etc. Disgusting!

If I was made aware of constructions going on at the property I wouldn't have booked to stay there for over $160 plus txes a night. Waste of money and not worth it. No regards for safety of customer's property, cleanliness was mediocre and there was constantly junkies walking around and through the property's carpark because the back gates opened. Terrible terrible place!!

The location of the room was great -ground. Plenty of available parking spots. I left early in the morning and discovered the gate into parking area was locked so you exist through the reception area which was good security for guests and the safety of your car.The guy at reception was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and simple but caters for a travellers needs. You receive what you pay for & not everyone can afford over $100 a night & stay elsewhere. The water pressure in the shower was very good with hot water. But unfortunately the mattress was hard to sleep on and the pillows were like bricks. Take your own pillows!

So ugly, old, horrible, seedy. Needs to be knocked down. Worst bed ever, like an ironing board, shopping trolleys of dirty linen around the property, bathroom not properly cleaned for a long time, "restaurant" a mess of stuff on the floor.

For the price and very convenient location to both the airport and the Crown Casino complex (for tour meeting point), we found our 2-night stay very good. Reception staff were warm and friendly, the restaurant meals good value and tasty, and the decor of flowering hanging pot plants gave a homely touch. The double-bed was very comfy, but the single bed was hard. Comfy pillows. It may be old, but it was spotlessly clean. We would stay there again.

One of the worst places I've stayed. We regularly stay in budget hotels for work but in this case the price is not low enough to justify the sub standard accommodation. No microwave in the rooms, the staff couldn't give me a coffee mug. Most nights there were people yelling and arguing. There is not enough parking. I'm having trouble finding anything good to say.

Never again. The bed was on a piece of chipboard and rock hard. We had to report a guy shouting his head off next door for ages so security came and removed him.
The room and the whole premises stank of smoke it was dreadful.
Forget breakfast included, toast was ok, orange juice was undrinkable and woman was not very helpful.
Don’t go cheap it’s not worth it

This motel is in need of a good scrub and a paint job. The bathroom was putrid and full of mould, you shouldn’t walk out of the shower feeling dirtier than when you went in. There’s no excuse for a dirty room regardless of it being a budget motel. On the plus side the lady on reception was lovely and the bed was very comfortable but I felt so gross sleeping there. Never again!

This filthy hell hole should be shut down by the Health Dept.
I stayed there over night because of its location, and closeness to the Airport.
Alarm bells should have rung when they wanted $50 deposit for the TV remote.
When I sat on the double bed the mattress collapsed to the floor. On inspection I found filthy sheets and bedding. Lucky there was a single bed in the room.I decided not to inspect the bedding on this bed for fear of what I would find. I slept fully clothed on this bed, although I didn't get much sleep though because of all the coming and going in the car park. Around 2 am a lot of yelling in the car park led to a brawl, with the Police arriving.
In the morning I decided not to have a shower as it looked like they had been bathing dogs in it.
Making a cup of coffee was out of the question, after inspecting the filthy inside of the jug that is.
When I checked out in the morning I asked to see the manager, the Asian girl at reception said he wasn't available. I left her with 2 pages of 26 complaints. She said she would pass them on,but I knew that It wouldn't happen. When I arrived back in Perth I contacted the Dept of Tourism and the Hotels Association.they promised to investigate and get back to me. It didn't happen,I never heard from them again. My reckoning with the good location of this Motel a lot of Interstate and International travellers would stay there. WHAT A GREAT ADVERTISMENT FOR PERTH. I think not!!!
I couldn't wait to tell of my experience to someone,so the Taxi driver who picked my up to take me to the Airport got the story. He just smiled and said the Motel is used mainly by FIFO workers who want a girl when they arrive back in Perth all cashed up. He also said not many Taxis will go near the place of a night.
Well that explained the worn out bed I suppose! I thought later the poor girls, they deserve better working conditions than that.

Stayed here recently as close access to airport. The amount of working girls coming in & out of this property all hours of the night is disgusting. Room was very tired & extremely dirty. Smelt of stale cigarettes.

After reading many of the reviews here i cant help but think most of the people are IDIOTS!!! This is in Perth where decent accommodation is expensive... The price of this place obviously reflects the standard. I have been staying here one night every three weeks for about the last 3 years (FIFO worker). The beds are always comfortable, room and bathroom is clean. The place is very dated and could do with a revamp but that would raise the room price so better to leave it as it is. The service from staff is excellent. I often sit at the bar/reception area talking with the staff and have only ever seen them be blunt with customers who have unrealistic expectations of the place, are generally rude and disrespectful. If you are looking for accommodation where you can relax and spend days working in your room, then this place may not be for you but for BUDGET accommodation, this place is on point. No 5 star cuisine from the restaurant but again, it's BUDGET accommodation. I would recommend this place to any FIFO worker.
