We stayed two nights in this very nice famly run hotel which is really good value for money. Pretty room with en suite bathroom. Great breakfast which is served in the garden and very friendly owners.
Very much enjoyed our stay at Old Street Guesthouse, great location, spacious and new room, nice terrace and most of all lovely hosts who provided homemade wine, cooked breakfast every morning and helped with arranging transport in the area.
Short walk from bus/train station. Responsive and friendly owners with good service! Clean rooms and comfortable beds with power plugs easily placed. Air conditioned room. Good and simple georgian breakfast in the garden. Loved the balcony as it was a good place to chill and people watch. It’s a family home but you have your own privacy upstairs with your own toilet and common area. They also had taxi services to places around akhaltsike like vardzia.
Very clean room and real guesthouse, the family lives in the same building and cooks tasty breakfast! The son speaks good English while the father owns a taxi and can organise day trip to Vardzia and other places.
We were looking for a place to stay as a springboard to Vardzia, but this place is as surprise as the stone cave city. It has clean and cozy attic room with sofa and balcony. Location is great, very close to the Castle, bus station and supermarket (while off the main road and is quite). The family is nice and hospitable, would totally recommend it!
