Loved staying in Tahoe City. Hotel is right across the street from the lake and a small park. Great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel room is OK. You get what you pay for. It was clean and sheets over the blankets seemed more sanitary. Great place if you want to stay in Tahoe for under $100 a night.

This is one of the best values in Tahoe City. This was our second stay. We stayed once before during the winter and skied at Squaw Valley. The rooms are clean and well kept. The maid service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. It is within walking distance of all attractions, restaurants and right acroos the street from...

The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Right across the street is a park bordering on the lake, and you can catch the bikeway right there. The hotel is somewhat old, but kept clean and functional. Our room had been remodeled, with a ceiling fan and new shower. However, both...

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and efficient yet in need of a facelift. We had a second floor room with a back deck overlooking the golf course. It was quiet, the Staff friendly, and the location was ideal for walking the shore, shopping, and to restaurants. Weather was warm so no need for blankets or...

Near the North Shore "Y" makes for easy access to Alpine and Squaw. Nothing fancy, clean, standard rooms for a hotel of that era. The big plus was the hot tub on top of the lobby that had a view of the Lake. Great post ski relaxation.

K so I didn't have high expectations since the name is 'Americas Best Value Inn'. I've never stayed at an Inn before and I only stayed here because I booked last minute and all the condos/lodges at Squaw Valley were booked or expensive over $350 for spring break. We've come to Tahoe before and skied the other mountains so really...

The best part was that our room was in the back with a magnificent view of a snow - blanketed golf course. Room was clean warm and comfortable. The walls were very thin, there was no refrigerator, sparse continental breakfast and the guy at the desk wouldn't win any personality contests.

Good value for the price, room was clean, well stocked and up to date. Friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces. Good restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Continental breakfast was ok, lots of fresh fruit.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. It was close to the ski mountains ( heavenly, squaw and north wood). Breakfast was continental and left a little to be desired. The hotel was close to good restaurant choices ( Rosie's and Agave). Cute shops in close proximity.

This is a great little hotel. Nothing special, but is has everything you need. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, newer bedding, quiet HVAC, etc. It's not the Hyatt, but it's a great skiing hotel, close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood and Northstar.

Thank Greg P
