I loved the Hilton Garden Inn. It was clean, the staff was fabulous, kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were awesome. Had not slept in a while due to life and fell right to sleep. That in and of itself was a benefit.

Air con too noisy and dripped on carpet making it damp. and wifi flimsy and intermittent. Good restaurant and great front desk service and really good to have refreshments available. Shuttle service was reliable.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting San Francisco. It is conveniently located right near SFO airport and only 10-15 miles south of downtown SF. The price was reasonable given it being located in SF, and the room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the fridge and Keurig came in handy. I would...

Stayed here because I had family fly into SFO for a fun filled weekend. The check in process was quick and the room was nice. Only complaint was the mattress and not enough towels in the room for 4 people. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a hotel near the airport.

The Hilton Garden Inn at the San Francisco Airport is a superb airport hotel. There is a pickup shuttle, the front desk staff courteous and welcoming, the restaurant service crew accommodating (as I arrived pretty late and were closing but they still offered to fix me dinner) and the rooms fairly large and spotless.

Here's what I loved - service! Location. Entrance decor and the fruit infused water! I liked the room set up and its cleanliness. The linens and towels were nice too. What I thought could be better? The beds! Small! And there was definitely room for queens instead of full sized mattresses. Overall book it!!

Well, the hotel was expensive and I usually like the Hilton, so I don't mind paying a little extra. But this Hilton was not worth the money. The matress on the bed was worn out. The matress was indented in the middle and the pillow smelled weird.

Beside the construction going on.. was a pleasant stay, close to airport, shopping, and SF... my daughter and I especially LOVE the cookies!! :-) I had to request for cleaning service, but room was not cleaned. Hotel needs to consistently check back with guests for cleaning services.

Quiet, clean room. By airport, yet quiet. Check in fast, free parking (very important), nice lobby, complimentary coffee, highly professional, friendly reception and restaurant staff. Bed was a little too firm for me.

Enjoyed the stay, only compliant was the construction that was going on. Would have been nice to been told prior to arriving that construction was taking place. Otherwise I would recommend this Hotel to others.
