My daughter chose this hotel for her guests at her wedding this past week based on the rate and location. Seemed like a good deal considering he would give a reduce rate if the rooms were all booked. She gave a $1,000 deposit to hold the rooms. In the end, he overcharged many guests, which I still have to follow...

The Vineyard Inn has the nicest staff you'll find. Basically any anything is complimentary, everything from parking to wifi Internet to bottled water in the rooms. Their service mindedness and their genuine care for their customers is just priceless! If you want a stay out of the ordinary this is your place!

My wife and I have stayed at many places in Sonoma and Napa. For the price and service, there is no way this place is worth it. Rooms are old and dusty. You can get MUCH better for almost 200 a night.

Overall this place took me by surprise in the most wonderful way. I booked a room here last minute before an Indy Race at Infenion when I was looking for a location that was both close to the track and close to vineyards, downtown Sonoma, etc. It had very friendly service, beautiful flowers, statues, fountains, etc. all around, a sparkling...

We were looking for something that wasn't so expensive, but we paid the price in other ways. The rooms are out-dated and we had an issue with ants. The location wasn't that great either. I recommend spending the extra money to be closer to one of the Sonoma towns, or to the Plaza.

If you’re looking for the ultimate Sonoma experience of good wine, good humor and big human heart, this hotel is exactly what you’re looking for. It is very comfortable, cozy and with beautiful art work everywhere. It feels like you arrived at a place you never want to leave again. It feels like home. It has a beautiful garden, swimming...

We stayed at the end of September 2008. The Good... -Pretty property, nice grounds and common areas/gardens. It was good for gathering with other members of our group at the hotel. -Mardo, one of the owners, was very helpful with anything that you needed. He even knew my name before I met him, which felt very welcoming. -Every staff member...

The Vineyard Inn was excellent. Quaint, modestly priced and close proximity to Sonoma and Napa vineyards. The proprieter was wonderful and is genuinely concerened with your enjoyment and comfort while in Sonoma - provided great tips on where to eat and taste.

Nothing as advertised - non existent internet access (not high speed). No showerhead, no counterspace in bath. Dimly lit - like a cave or a hotel that rents by the hour. Worst of all - no onsite management. If you have a problem tough luck!

My Father & I have been staying at the Vineyard Inn for the Drag Races at Infineon Raceway for the past 6 years. I found it totally by accident when looking for a room and have been hooked since! It's very convenient to get back & forth to the track (about 6 miles) and is a wonderful place to stay...

“Get the most expensive room with the marble bathroom if you have to stay there. I only stayed there because all the rooms in Napa and Sonoma were sold out except for some starting at $600 plus. This room is $300 and change.”

“Pay a little more and get the room with the larger patio. There is only one of the kind we stayed in but was well worth it!”

“Dont think would stay here again as quite a ride to town. No where to eat in this location in the evening so had to go to town. A few wineries around but most further away. Petrol station straight across the busy road and a small shop selling not sure what as was always closed when we were at the Hotel.”
