This lovely property was full of rose blooms in late May. The cottage rooms are connected by walkways through the garden, featuring spacious bedrooms and sitting area with fireplace and wine glasses. The upstairs unit has deck with table; lower units have outdoor sitting area. The bath was well equipped with deep tub and separate shower. Good coffee available for...

This was a beautifully landscaped property with separate cottages on site. There is a hotel area as well, but as we had two teenagers with us, we booked a cottage. Gorgeous rose bushes throughout the property, as well as various perennials that were just lovely. Great pool with comfortable lounge chairs, as well as cabana type loungers. Very good poolside...

First of all, the lodge is beautifully decorated. The lobby has a massive fireplace and fresh water with either lemons or cucumbers is always available in keeping with the spa effective. Hotel staff were very professional and accomodating. My room was in the main hotel, second floor (there are only two floors) and was very ample in size. Large king...

My wife, myself and our two pugs had the best time at the lodge. The cottage we stayed at was private and comfortable, we had a very relaxing time staying there. The restaurant was exceptional, five stars quality food, but the most exceptional service and kind attention we received came from Dominique Catteau the concierge. Dominique made our two days...

Planning ahead certainly pays wonderful dividends..... We planned a memorable Wine Country experience in honor of my brother in law and sister in law's 40th anniversary. (It was their 1st trip to CA and we knocked their socks off!!!) Advance calls to the Concierge resulted in various amenities for them, including chilled sparkling wine + chocolate covered strawberries (endearing my...

Loved this resort more every day we were there. Excellent service good food, wine tastings nightly, heated pool, amazing acres of immaculate landscaped walkways to all the cottages and lots of extras. Our first night we were in bottom floor of one of the quadplex cottages and it was pretty loud with our upstairs neighbors coming and going several times...

My family and I had 15 people at the hotel and the staff was very helpful in coordinating all of our rooms and plans. The concierge, Dominique, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The pool was beautiful, the attached restaurant was delicious and the shuttle to and from The Square was so convenient. The bar was also a ton of fun...

You pay for location in the heart of wine country. Lobby area nice , great pool area, rooms were large and clean. The 4 unit buildings seemed in need of sprucing up on the exteriors. Bar carries a great wine selection but spirits are all 'local' only.

The quality of your stay is related to the occupancy rate of the hotel and to the location/type of your room. The grounds are beautiful though some of the rooms are incongruous with the overall feel of the resort. When the occupancy is high, you will find: 1) The pool is crowded and noisy 2) Kids playing in the public...

What a great hotel find in Sonoma! Only a mile from the Sonoma plaza where there are great restaurants and shopping. Plus the hotel has an on demand shuttle. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed, spa tub, fireplace and balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area also had a great setup with comfy Wicker furniture and fire pits...
