Solvang is a town that has stepped back in time. The Solvang Garden Inn is in keeping with the feel of the community. The rooms are nice (we did have one of the suites) with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The front desk can give you ideas on the various things to do in Solvang and the surrounding communities. It...

We stayed here two nights so that we could see some of the surronding area. We were in the back section so our room opened to a very pleasant garden that was nice for breakfast although the room was cramped. The breakfast itself was skimpy, just juice, cereal, coffee (no brewed decaf), and pastries. While it is just 3 blocks...

We stayed at this beautiful and charming inn early August - family of 4, kids age 7 and 3. We had one of the king suites and it had a nice kitchenette and was perfect space wise for our family. The grounds are truly enchanting and our children wanted to spend more time playing in them than seeing the sights...

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and for some reason they gave us the honeymoon suite. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean the latter being very important to me. The grounds are very well kept and the staff were accommodating and friendly. At night it was quiet and we got a good night sleep. With...

Nice place. Quiet. Friendly staff. We stayed in the back building which has rooms a bit on the small side. A good-size bathroom though with nice tile. Nice landscaping throughout the property. The garden out back is nice — it backs up to a quiet residential street — but we were here in the fall and it was a bit...

We stayed here for two nights during the week and found it to be pleasant and very quiet. When we arrived we were informed that we had been upgraded (there were only four other rooms occupied) - we had reserved a queen room but were put in a king sized suite with an outdoor balcony. The suite was spacious with...

The office closes at 9:00. We became aware of this after calling to let them know we would be checking in late (10:30pm). We were not able to reach anyone though we were calling during office hours. Instead we were told by a machine to leave a message and we would receive a call back. The call back never came....

Recommend this B&B. We stayed in a two bedded room with four people. Spacious, clean, well decorated. Included is breakfast which is cereal, fruit, coffee, tea and Danishes. Also included is wifi. Reasonably close to the main street so can walk to dinner.

This lodge was picked from the photographs online which were true to its surroundings, beautiful and serene. There were absolutely beautiful gardens, quaint decorative features and lovely rooms. We were so pleased with how wonderful this place was. It was close to the Chumash pick up location, close to Thrift stores, close to restaurants, but still off the beaten path....
