The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel staff was friendly and nice. Free wireless is a big plus. The bed was quite comfy. My aunt loved the Wine Bar! and the honor bar had a good assortment of snacks.

I stayed here with my wife as we were attending a friend's wedding in Solvang and we were extremely disappointed. We experienced several problems with some very lack luster staff that really aren't friendly or just don't give a damn. It is very sad as this can be a great property if the staff cared about taking care of guests....

We loved our stay..the room was wonderfu and right in the middle of Solvang. Our only potential negative comment was on the breakfast. The lack of choices and same food everyday had us wishing there was a McDonald's next door. Add some variety and some cook to order items and this place would be off the charts!

This resort is charming. We stayed in the hotel type rooms, with a very comfortable bed, and the usual amenities included in the room. It did have a musty odor though. Our daughter, son in law and their 13 month old were in another room which was fine. The highlight of this stay is the staff. They were all courteous,...

Sad to say this visit was not what we paid for ($330 per night). Unit was dated, needed painting, carpets cleaned and had termites in the wood inside. We have been coming to this hotel since 1989 and this will be the last time. I wish I had noticed that this is a pet friendly hotel. Now I am not...

One of the best ideas I've had for an overnighter on the California Central Coast. Close to many wine tasting spots, beautiful accommodations and a short walk to a great place to eat: Succulent Café Wine Charcuterie. Also, one of best breakfasts ever!

The staff does all possible to advise on sightseeing, shopping and restaurants as well as addressing any special requests. They are courteous and caring. Rooms vary and can be a bit quirky. (That's part of the fun.) All possible is done to maintain the rooms in good working order and are periodically updated. Client feedback is welcomed. Excellent parking. Good...

I booked two rooms at the Village Tower (one for me and one for parents). The staff was very courteous and parking was a breeze. This is my second time staying at this location due to its walkability to all of the major attractions in Solvang. This hotel has that rustic feel, with a cozy little garden/courtyard next to the...

A very cool property. We called to make a reservation for our family, which is 5 in number. They reserved us a room with an extra "hidden" bunk so we could all fit. Worked out perfectly. My wife and I and our 3 kids loved the room and the property, so much more interesting than your standard motel or major...
