internet is non-existent, no coffee in the lobby, thin walls, bad refrigerators, either not cold or it freezes everything, showers will surprise you and scald you. there are better places just as close/ comfy beds though, great people, this place just needs a facelift
I stayed here after coming back from a work trip. I had to checkout a day early due to a family emergency. I gave my key cards to the front desk and was told nothing additional was needed and that I would be emails my receipt. I ended up leaving my necklace in the room and called the same day to have someone retrieve it. Since I did not hear back, I drove to the hotel the following morning. I was told I had not checked and was given a key to go into the room to look for my necklace. I was unable to open the door. I went back to the front desk twice. Finally the key card worked. When I opened the door I realized someone else had stayed in the room and my necklace was not there. They had left the room a mess and had left a few things in the room. I spoke to the front desk manager Carlos and he did not seem concerned. He asked me to call back once the general manager arrived. I had explain the situation again and again he also did not seem concern. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. And the total disregard for the fact the their system is unable to detect who else entered the room after I left is truly concerning. The only silver lining is that my necklace was turned into the front desk. I would never stay here again and recommend that you do not either. The pictures attached are of the mess the other person left. It’s disappointing that there employees would do something like this and that the management do not hold them accountable. I do know how this place stays in service.…
We were at Grand Vista for a few days prior to Christmas. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Our room was fine--nothing too exciting, but clean and very comfortable. We love the location, perched up above the western end of the valley. We had some misunderstanding about which restaurant(s) were open at which times, which was disappointing. Nonetheless, we'll be back.
Lovely clean room. Onsite bar & restaurant. Bartender Traci was awesome and made us feel like we were old friends back for a visit. Relaxed and fun. We'll be back again for a longer stay. Gorgeous pool area and an indoor gym with lots of machines
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and in general everything is fine, the room a bit dirty and badly vacuumed from the corners, but the most unpleasant thing was the treatment by the receptionist at the counter named Magaly, I arrived approximately at 13:00 pm and it was already ready but if I wanted it it was 25 dollars extra or waiting for me until 16:00 pm her tone was rude and derogatory, people like her should not be in attention to the public, for this reason I would not return to this hotel
