Decent size room but nothing special in terms of anything other than nice bed(important!) . The location is everything. Nice staff and very average breakfast in sub average dining room. I have to add more so will type a bit more and more and more

We stayed in a king suite which was clean and had all the amenities one could want: Keurig, Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator, good lighting, great shower, large bathroom, etc. The bed was fantastic. What sets this place apart is the beautiful landscaping and the exceptional service. There is a cozy feeling here. The attentiveness to the guests was second to none....

For Silicon Valley business, this is great. The quiet town is fantastic to wind down, take a walk, and enjoy upscale eateries. The bedding is perfect. The bath countertop and shower are modern and very clean. Housekeeping is doing great. TV is good with lots of channels. The room is quiet, but the heater and fridge too noisy. Unplug the...

We rented two rooms and had such a great time. The lodge is lovely, clean, and safe. Gorgeous flowers including white roses surround the property. You can pull up in your car and park in front of the red door of your room. It is easy to retrieve forgotten items, load, and unload luggage. We saw a bride carry her...

Stayed here for 5 days on business. Good points, decent sized room albeit it a bit dated, everything worked. Nice to have the Keurig machine in the room. Comfortable bed, lighting system a bit odd, lots of buttons and the bedside table switch was hidden way behind the bedside cupboard so most of the time I didn't use it. If...

Good location and nice to have lots of restaurants close by and within walking distance. Nice room and breakfast with lovely pastries and bagels in which we did not indulge. Would like a few healthier options. Appreciated having hard boiled eggs available.

This place is sweet. Love the space in the room I was in. EASY to stay here. Very comfy with all the normal perks. Close to restaurants and WINE! FREE wifi, FREE coffee, fresh infused water in lobby, lots of trees and very friendly staff. A must try in the wine country!

This place is clean, comfortable and friendly. They have offer a free breakfast in the morning and they also have a Keurig coffee maker with K Cups in the room. I also love that the Mountain Winery Shuttle called the Rhythm Shuttle will pick you up right across the street from the Oaks so you can fully enjoy the fine...

I needed a basic queen room for a quick solo trip. The room was clean and comfortable, fairly recently renovated. Very nice continental breakfast. Conveniently located downtown Saratoga. Not especially quiet, but cozy and thoughtfully arranged.

To go by their website you would think that you were booking into a 5star hotel, this is far from the truth. The accommodation is listed as bungalows, what you get in actual fact is a kingsize room with an en-suite shower or bathroom. You are also promised a fridge and microwave, we had the fridge but the microwave was...

We sincerely apologize for the absent microwave in your Bungalow. Our website reads as follows: "Our guests enjoy the luxury of the steam shower. Granite counter vanity contains the under counter refrigerator and cabinet microwave. Flat panel television and brunch table. The attractive décor is accented by wide blade plantation shutters." The microwaves are a very recent deduction from some...
