The location couldn't be beat for us. Reasonable price and close to the hospital where we needed to be. A short uber to the coast. This tiny hotel has huge, clean modern rooms and very comfortable beds.

Nice affordable place to stay my too far from Santa Monica Pier. The included breakfast was wonderful, enjoyed the donuts! Room was clean and comfortable with space spread out. The single lift was slow and small. Would recommend as stopover.
Can’t get wrong with this place, friendly staff, clean room, not so new but very affordable, continental breakfast good enough to start your day.. will keep coming back here!! Close to Santa Monica pier and the 3rd street promenade..
Noisy and I have had better breakfasts in Youth Hostels... would not recommend to anyone.
You could hear the toilet flush in the rooms above you and besides you. You could hear people walk in the rooms above.

The hotel lived up to its name -- COMFORTable. In addition, it was clean and quiet, and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller
coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
