The historical Casablanca Inn is strategically located across the street from the Santa Cruz beach, a block away from the wharf and the boardwalk. All our rooms are beautifully decorated and have a breathtaking view of the beach. Some of our rooms have a unique design which reflects the distinct character of the historic Cerf Mansion. Over the years, the Casablanca Inn has been fortunate enough to cater to some of the most influential and famous personalities of our time, which has immensely appreciated the elegance that our hotel has to offer.

This place is disgusting, I've given this hotel ample time to get ahold of me in regards to my extremely dirty hotel room. (See photos) I will be reporting this to the local news station and letting them know that Casa Blanca Inn is not cleaning their hotel rooms and are NOT being Covid safe. These rooms are simply not being cleaned, they change the sheets and replace the towels and THATS it. They think that because their a beach front property they can get away with it? Unreal. Spoke with Mark, who said somethings were "just overlooked" I'd get that if it was one or two things, but this was multiple obvious things. Stayed there 4/9/21 Has now been over a *month* and still, I have received no phone call or email in regards to this situation

I have my gf, her daughter and dog stayed last night at Casablanca Inn. They loved the place because it's just across from the beach but more importantly the staff is "OUTSTANDING". Vanessa is awesome! she went above and beyond her duty to help us out with the amenities in the room. My gf got to the the room and saw a wine and a card. She loved it. This is the place to stay not only because of the Inn itself but the people that works in this place will make you feel comfortable. Vanessa is a STAR and she deserves 10 STARS :). My gf also wants to thank Andrew for job well done last night upon their check in. He was courteous and professional. Thank you all for making my gf very happy. We'll stay their again and will tell everyone about your property.

Right across the street from Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk. We arrived early and Vanessa told us our room was ready, BUT it was going to cost $25 to check in early. I've never had that experience. We could have gone and driven around for 2 hours, but decided to pay it. Very dog friendly, but didn't like the gravel pit for dogs to do their business in. My dogs wouldn't go, and there was a guest with a VERY LARGE german shepherd that was intimidating to my dogs. There also was NO place for them to go within 4 blocks of the hotel, except on the beach. Dogs are not allowed in common areas of the Beach Boardwalk, but you have to cross the common areas of the beach to get to the beach. Additional note - no dogs allowed on the Wharf which is also across the street. Vanessa was extremely helpful in answering questions, and our room was very nice with a balcony with a view of the beach. But I have to say the rooms were not to my taste - gray and white with no pictures or other color. Very nice refrigerator and microwave and a coffee pot. No breakfast - COVID. When the upstairs people checked in later that night, it was very noisy, so rooms aren't soundproof. Bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean although the towels looked like Motel 6 towels. Nothing special with additional character. There is a Thai restaurant connected to the Inn, and several rooms and levels.

Was looking for a quiet, quick get away during the week and this was perfect. Chose to visit SC specifically when the boardwalk was closed to be there without crowds and noise. I called & spoke to a very nice woman and I was quite clear what I was looking for - a non-ground floor room with a private balcony. I was given a brand new room (#309!) with a great view. Initial plumbing issue resolved very quickly in the morning by a very friendly staff. Note the construction site in the two photos. Might kill that view 👎 Location is awesome.

Terrible experience - I have stayed here dozens of times, however, this most recent stay, they have remodeled their parking lot and narrowed the spaces in such a manner (I don't know this is even legal) that each car is just inches from the next. Sure enough my new car (Compact Toyota Rav4) was still hit. The manager was reluctant to offer any resolve and refused to give me the name and number of his boss. He did say he would follow up with the camera footage but never did that either. We know if I would have left a mess in the room, they would have certainly charged me a fee but in this case they did nothing as a resolve. Complete disregard and terrible service.
