Can't say enough good things about this hotel - great location, large rooms, nice pool, extensive breakfast, and free wi-if. What more does one need! I organized travel for a group and Diana was wonderful to work with!

Beware the "garden view" rooms are not suites and the web site and photos are misleading. Prices are not much different and you get what you pay for. We were excited when we booked the hotel room on as a garden view room. We were expecting suite-style room given the hotel name and photos we saw and were glad to...

My aunt stayed at this hotel for her class reunion and I wanted to surprise her with a welcome amenity in her room. I contacted Stephanie Edra in the Sales Department and she immediately connected me with Jane Cabalce who was overseeing the group. They were very responsive to my requests and made the process so simple. My aunt was...

The Biltmore Hotel is great place to lay your head down after a long day of meetings. I booked the hotel for an Intel Summit that took place a few weeks ago. Sharon Javier guided me through the process when it came to booking blocks of rooms and she also assisted me with getting a group discount, for a price...

I booked over 60 rooms at this hotel for our water polo teams. Stephanie Edra and her staff were extremely accommodating and facilitated the best communication up to and during our stay at The Biltmore Hotel & Suites. Our club is a returning patron. We stayed here before. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is superb and the location is...

I had such a wonderful time staying at the Biltmore Hotel, lovely room and location. Amazing staff with great costumer service. I would especially like to thank Celia Rodarte for making our stay at the Biltmore Hotel excellent and I would defiantly stay again whenever I am in the area due to her amazing costumer service.

Tub spout keeps running with shower. No continental breakfast. All parking set up for compact only. If you have a large vehicle you will use about 1.25 parking which agitates others. Coffee bags are so small, you need to use two to not receive colored water. No restaurants in area. Cleaning service was very good.
