Everything at this property was great for our trip. The accommodations were excellent and the entire hotel and sales staff was very easy to work with. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our hockey team's needs for our week long stay. They were great at accommodating us for meeting spaces and breakfast as well every day for our...

Garrett provided a great check-in experience at the front desk. He was super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. This is my first time at the Biltmore and I'm already giving this place two thumbs up! First impressions make lasting impressions! Thanks for the great customer service Garrett! Keep up the good work :)

Amy Becker, Meeting & Events Manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to emails and answered all of my questions. The building was beautiful, clean, and the staff was all very friendly. The event food was perfect (appearance, temperature, quantity) and very well priced. The bartender was very polite and so were the people...

Thank you Garrett for helping me move to my new room after receiving an upgrade to make it easier for me to get around on my cane. Quick service carrying my bags, great conversation, pulled out the couch for my roommate and got out extra pillows and blankets. And he wouldn't accept my tip!

This review is for our Worldwide Sales Kick-off, held over 4 days. This was our second time using this hotel, and once again, it was a perfect 4 days. Meeting was for 165 with 125 hotel guests. Food incredible, service impeccable. Expert handling of our many special diets. Beautiful large hotel room suites, plenty of free parking, great access to...

This is a nice property with good food and service, but be prepared for WHERE you will be staying. The main building is a hotel with multiple floors. They then have annexed sets of buildings (I'm guessing former motels that were around and next to it) where now you have to step outside, walk across a patio area to get...

We had group valentine's dinner in one of the reception hall. The place was net and ready before our arrival. The food was good and the servers were very courteous and professional Dina and Jane thank you for facilitating the event. You all made our night very memorable and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I can't...

Since im there for business, a big help from the the hotel driver, Theo, Haw, and Iggy that they drop and pick me from office. Breakfast buffet was great. Jocelyn and Julianne was very attentive to every customer. Overall, i will say that their service...

We are volunteers of CASPA (Chinese American Semiconductor Professional Association). We did press conference in Montague Cafe and Claudia is particularly helpful. She arranged and coordinated the facility in a very friendly way. Thanks!

Rooms in the towers have been remodeled. I think they were looking for a minimalist euro-chic look. Turned out just cheap. No carpets, fake wood grained linoleum floors. Furniture is low grade. Heat and AC were noisy and not effective. Staff was very friendly. As always, it's never easy to get here, that's the same.
