Honestly, we had a group of 5 so I had to sleep on the couch...which was terrible - just like every other pull out couch in every other hotel. However, the other adults who had beds said that they were not the most comfortable. They were on the firm side and I think more than anything it was a preference... More

Enjoyed my stay overall, like that they refreshed the waters, coffee and gave a little snack box daily. Rooms were generally clean. The bartender Amy was sweet and handled my rowdy friends well. The front staff were helpful calling us cabs and gave us their input on restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed staying here, I like the prestige perks. Even... More

Visited the property this time with a group--this particular team has been coming to this location for over 10 years. The hotel has redone the bar and eating area, and made the outside courtyard much more user friendly. The rooms are nice sized---bedroom with a living area that includes a good-sized pull-out couch and separate reading chair---also a desk and... More

I've stayed here at least a dozen times on business trips and every experience has been positive. My wife jokes that this is my apartment in the valley. Every company in the valley puts up their employees here and if you are reading this, you are probably about to do the same. The shuttles are wrapped in text that says... More

Just stayed there for one night, its nice its close to the silicon valley, but the hotel needs renovation. The whole hotel smells wired and the bathroom in my room needed reno. The breakfast was good and it was free. No many options, but good as free breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to Silicon Valley. With a distance of 4Miles from office, this is the closest one can get to the hotel. The room that I stayed in was a 2 room suite with a living and a bedroom. The layout is simple and has no fuss. The TV in living room was... More

We were visiting Santa Clara to go to the Cowboys/9ers game. The hotel is not far from the stadium, we were able to walk there in about 30 minutes. The most impressive part of our stay happened before we even got there. I called the hotel from San Jose airport for transportation to the hotel. Their shuttle bus was not... More

As a frequent traveler, I cannot remember the last time I was EXCITED to go to a hotel. I consider myself an easy guest and other hotels never left me excited. But Plaza Suites understands the needs of a traveler with all the comforts of home. The rooms are beautifully done, perfectly sized and perfectly stocked with the little things... More

...and for $244 a night I expect a really great breakfast and a prefect room. But the breakfast had tired old fruit, average coffee and basic bread and rolls. Rooms were nice - dark wood furniture, everything you need but not luxurious and roaring aircon. Maybe this is standard Silicon Valley? The bar was nice with good bar meals. When... More

Front desk staff and housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, big and clean. The pool and hot tub area was clean and tidy. The complementary breakfast was probably the best I've had at any hotel. They had a huge selection and the meals were hot and delicious. My only complaint was that, in the evening when... More
