Spent one night. Check in was good, friendly staff. Room arrangement was fine, comfy bed, enough spaces. Negative is bathroom, not functional. Good location but need a car to go around SB. I recommend this place for short stay.

We chose the Orange Tree as an affordable place to stay and we were not disappointed. We stayed for 2 nights in early October at the start of our 3 week road trip and enjoyed it so much, that we returned at the end of our holiday for another 3 nights! The rooms were large, bright and nicely furnished, with...

This hotel was nothing to write home about. It is nothing more than an "updated" Motel6, Travelodge or whatever it may have been in a previous life. The room was average, with a small bathroom and a sink which could barely accommodate 2 toothbrushes and a tube of toothpaste. Our room had a patio, but it was sandwiched between the...

The room had lots of bugs on the floor and in the bathroom, the room itself was tacky and not particularly clean. If the room was cheap then some of this could have been forgiven, however given that the price wasn't inexpensive we were very unimpressed.

The bathroom was full of ants. There were holes in the curtains. We had to request that our beds be made at 3PM. Amenities are non-existent. No service to speak of. Not even inexpensive. Will definitely never, ever be back.

We stayed over the Labour Day weekend for one night. Price was a bit steep, no breakfast included, luckily there's a 7-11 next door. Tired room which felt dirty, noisy, with windows that didn't shut properly. Bathroom was ok and the staff were helpful. Need to raise their game, or charge a lot less...!

This hotel is aboutca 15 minute walk from the centre of town. If you wanted to go to the wharf it would be better to drive. Lots of restayrants in town centre though. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful.

We stayed here for one night in a king room, the bed was very comfortable. The room was big and clean although the decor quite dark. The AC worked very well. It is quite a long walk to the main shopping / eating district but we got a bus and the staff were very helpful in explaining what to do....

Stay away from this Hotel! We had an infestation of ants in the first room, we were given and went in the middle of the night to a new room. In the morning we woke up to find blood in our bed. The City of Santa Barbara and the Health Department should condemn this Inn until it is cleaned and...

This was a one night stay for our own piece of mind. With out approaching wedding, we wanted to know that the hotel would be a good place for family to book. They had good rates, and a convenient location for folks to get a ride or walk to our venue. The staff didn't disappoint. It's good for us, so...
