I enjoyed my 2 night stay here on business. Clean, quiet, great restaurant and bar for dinner. My room was very spacious with a nice balcony and view of the pool. I would have given a 5 rating, except for a big problem getting breakfast. There is only one waitress at 9 am for the whole dining room. I literally...

Great little place we stayed while traveling South on Highway 1. They have actual lemon trees in the back, right next to the rooms and the pool area. Service was friendly and the rooms clean. Location is walking distance to all the eateries on State Street and the waterfront.

So many places to choose from and we decided on here as we were looking for a couple of chill days after a hectic time in San Diego and Long Beach. It Did not disappoint. Check in was quick and seamless. Room is big and clean. Bathroom is a little tired but that is forgiven. The room had a lovely...

We enjoyed our several days at the Lemon Tree. Lovely grounds and pool, set about a mile from the main downtown on State Street, but quite close to the Natural History Museum, Botanical Garden, and the Old Mission. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff uniformly helpful. Breakfasts were large, but we did think that $4 for a...

We were in Santa Barbara this weekend to attend a memorial service for a dear friend and needed a place for only one night, on a Saturday night. I chose this hotel for the reviews here and also my love for lemon trees! We arrived a little earlier than the normal check-in and our room was ready. We had a...

This place is a Santa Barbarian rarity. I've been visiting family in Santa Barbara for nearly 30 years now, and nobody has ever had much luck finding so much bang for your buck as I did at the Lemon Tree. I'd imagine in the summer the Inn could be quite different with it being so busy, but late winter/early spring...

We were driving back to SF from LA and decided to make a stop in Santa Barbra, so booked this very last minute. Not exactly what we expected, but it was clean and reasonably priced. Wouldn't really want to stay here for more than 2 nights though, think there are better options if you have more time to book. However,...

We had a great surprise with this hotel. Nice clean and comfortable room . I hope they will take a decision to renovate the bathroom, and then it will be perfect. Free wifi all over the hotel. Good option when you are staying in Santa Barbara, great value for money.

Stayed at the Lemon Tree for one night on a visit to Santa Barbara. I had picked the hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews which were all good. The reviews were correct. The hotel is very pleasant, the room clean, everything as it should be. Just what I wanted.
