Great staff warm friendly. Nice room. Little older but clean patio green area. Put our bikes there. Jacuzzi warm pool not so warm. A little loud from second floor noise. Took train from San Diego with bikes relied on walking, riding bikes and public transportation. Love the town.

We stay here a lot because it's next door to our favorite SB restaurant (Chuck's). It's a BW, so moderate your expectations, but it's a nice BW. Grounds are really nice - lots of flowers, little paths, places to sit and relax and nice pools. And there is a fire pit on one side! So nice in the winter. If...

We were in a King downstairs room with a view of the pool and lawn. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Our only issues: the toilet and seat were very small (hard to do #1 and #2 at the same time), and we could have wished a television channel list.

This hotel is outdated, and the rooms and facilities show the age. Wall unit air conditioners, flap windows in the bathroom, really old faucets, etc...But it was fine for the event I attended. It's definitely not fancy. There is no room service or restaurant. Best bet is to go across the street to Panera Bread or Chipotle. The hotel is...

This hotel offers a great base for those wanting to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Santa Barbara. It is rustic looking and has the rooms set up over looking a court yard that contains the pool, hot tub and sun loungers. The staff at reception were very friendly and told us all about the amenities the hotel offered including the...

We stayed here as part of a road trip our family was on. Overall it's a pretty good hotel. The room was mostly clean, there were a few spots on the mirrors and wall but nothing major. The rooms and property are a bit dated, but they do a good job keeping everything well maintained. We would possibly stay here...

We stayed in the Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn on 4th October for one night as a stop off during our West Coast road trip and overall had a really great stay. We have previously stayed at this hotel, and really love it. The check in staff were extremely friendly and efficient upon arrival. The hotel is in the...

For $300, I was hoping for a hotel room with up to date furnishings. Instead, I was placed in a room that was just...odd. There is a difference between a quaint hotel with unique character and one that just does not update their furnishings. This hotel is the latter. I recommend staying at the Beachside Inn if you want to...

This hotel/motel was the darkest room we have stayed in and the decor really needs updating. However the beds were comfy & clean, the shower was one of the best of any of our hotels for ease of use, power and temp control, and there were more nice touches here than in the higher end hotel we stayed in. I.e.:...

Had business meeting in Santa Barbara and had heard about this hotel. The hotel was clean and very central...the only minus was that they did not offer a free breakfast like every other BW that we have stayed at.
